Very clean property, kitchen very well equipped, gorgeous ocean view, wonderful beds & bedding and linens. Enjoyed our stay immensely… if I could add one suggestion to improve upon, it would be to acquire more comfortable living room furniture… example, couch & chairs! Pool area is also beautiful. We had torrential rain & wind on two different occasions & water ran in under sliding glass door onto the floor & leaked in from the roof as well. Maintenance brought us towels & a fan to dry the floor. Thank you for your hospitality! Mahalo❤️

Great corner condo with wonderful view! Glad there were just 4 of us as it would have been cramped with 6. Just a heads up that if you arrive on a Friday and your check-in is not until 4, the on site property management closes at 3:30 and doesn't open again until Monday so it could be difficult to get your parking pass and pool code. We lucked out and she was in her condo when I went back over to leave a note about our car.

Our family of 5 loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful, comfy and well stocked condo… all with a spectacular view! Location is perfect to venture out for daily excursions. The service was amazing; so helpful / responsive to our requests - thank you! Our only feedback for Luana Kai is to consider extending pool /hot tub hours a little later - perhaps stay open until quiet hour. Highly recommend and hope to be back some day!

We travel 4-5 big trips and year and have been to many tropical locations. I typically rent a upper level unit for less bugs. But oh my 1,000 of termites, cockroaches very large wher on the beautiful kitchen counter,Crawling out of the whole first floor level floor boards, a gecko lizard and termites where on the upstairs pillow. The next day the regular staff came and set traps, but the bugs continued for a few more days. And we had three very large, 3 inch cockroaches, climbing the walls and flying around at night. My husband and I had to cover heads at night. they were nice enough to bring us a fruit basket after talking to a few owners at the location. They felt that you probably had skipped the bug spray that was offered two weeks before this. It would be nice if we could be compensated for one full night. You did allow us to extend our stay until 5 PM which was helpful as we had a 9 PM flight, we did love the location in the condo itself but probably would not rent again from you due to this significant amount of bugs. I’m used to a few and I’m used to ants, but this was thousands of bugs all over life when we arrived late at night.

Rented for a spring break trip with husband and kids. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. Loved having the corner space and the upper views of the ocean, saw whales breach a few times. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, washer and dryer worked great. Was supplied with enough we didn't need to go buy anything extra. Location is pretty central. Beach and pool where nice, pickle ball patrons are very strict about starting at 8 and the court was always packed until about 11. Overall great place to stay.
