Nice amenities and welcome basket. Excellent property management. Condo itself was okay. Bed probably needs to be replaced along with the shower. Bedroom fan did not work so it was hot at night. Property management offered to fix right away but we declined. Location close to restaurants and shops. However very noisy being close to major road. They also seem to be doing construction at the unit above us and it is very loud at 8:30 am. We are leaving so doesn’t matter.

Doors could use updated locks
Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable
Whole unit could use a refresh
Available supplies were well used
Sheets were comfortable though

It was a chill place to stay at with 2 of my other friends. They were very good at communicating and provided some boogie boards and snorkel gear.

It was my first time on the big island.
Being so close to the downtown area made is so convenient and very entertaining for me and my family. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be at a central location surrounded by lots of entertainment.

I had a wonderful time, the location is excellent to where I needed to be; the view was not too bad but no matter; parts of the floor were very dirty; I had to get slippers because my feet were so dirty; The appliances and other kitchen items were excellent, very abundant; The A/C was excellent; The only problem I had was the large TV; it was very hard to turn on and understand so I really believe the management should make a cheat sheet for others who rent it. It is needed. All in all, I was very happy (except for TV but WTH, I was in Kona to have fun, not watch TV); I will return when it's time to come back. Will recommend to anyone, it's a great place! My wife and I had a wonderful time, as always, in Kona. We’ve visited 4 times and 3 times in the last 4 years. This is our second time in a Kailua Village condo and we absolutely love the location. Our experience at 307 wasn’t as positive as any of our last visits. For some reason....maybe the trash bin location below, which sometimes smelled, the railing on the lanai was covered. In order to see over it we had to stand or sit on pillows. We just didn’t go out there and it’s one of our favorite things to do. The trash chute was also next to the unit which made for some pretty loud noises. The furniture in the living area wasn’t comfortable but the king bed was great. The amenities were also great. Another item that should have been brought to our attention was the construction project at the church that the lanai overlooks. So, after we got over the initial disappointment we settled in and enjoyed our 24 days there. Most of our dissatisfaction should have been brought to our attention before we selected this unit.

Great location. Well stocked. Peek a boo view of the ocean. Can almost hear the waves over the major construction project at church next door. Management paid lip service to my concern that there was very little hot water in the shower yet plenty in the sinks by promising that a plumber would be contacting me to come by. Wasted a day of vacation waiting. Never heard another word from them about it. Soooo many emails prearrival. Please, for god's sake, start using bullet points for the important information. The emails were extremely verbose and unnecessarily long. The people that I spoke to were very nice but no follow through.
