OUTRIGGER KAUAI BEACH RESORT
My unit is a hotel room located in the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort and Spa about 2 miles from Lihue Airport. It is centrally located and midway between the North Shore and the South Shore. It is just a few miles to Lydgate Park, Wailua Golf Course and the main town of Lihue.
There are 4 pools, 2 whirlpool spas, a full-service restaurant and bar. There is also a pool bar located at the sand pool. They have live music on property almost every night.
There is also a full service spa and treatment facility. It is called Hawaiian Rainforest Spa.

My unit is about a one minute walk to the beach!
It is freshly updated with two seating areas. A king size bed, and a shower and tub combination.

I provide everything you've ever wanted in a hotel room that hotels don't provide.

*4 Beach/Pool Towels for use at the resort or for the beach. There is a $20.00 charge for each missing towels.
It is important to me to be clear and upfront so my guests know exactly what they are purchasing.
You are renting a hotel room from a private owner. It is located in a hotel resort called Outrigger Kauai Beach Resorts and Spa.
Some of the benefits of renting from a private owner are the following:
1. Price - My units daily rate is 30% to 50% less than a comparable room with a comparable view through the Resort. It also has many in room amenities(Keurig Coffeemaker, plates, cups, blender, larger refrigerator and much more) that are not provided in the Resort units or most of the other Private Owner Units.
2. Another difference is that I do not provide a daily cleaning. For a stay of 7 days or longer I will provide a mid-stay cleaning at my expense. If you desire a mid-stay cleaning for a shorter stay we can provide that for a $60.00 charge. My unit is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is included in the total cost of your rental. This includes your Resort fee.

My friend and I stayed for 10 days. We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views. Whether facing the ocean or facing the pool with the gardens and waterfalls it was lovely and restful. The room is just right for two people. The king size bed was very comfortable; firm with a pillow top. The Keurig, toaster and blender came in very handy for a light breakfast or evening snack. While the ocean by the Resort is too rough for water play, the many pools, one including a water slide, give ample opportunity for water fun. While the unit has no kitchen, the small refrigerator was roomy enough for sandwich fixings and the Resort has a microwave located in the lounge on the fifth floor off the lobby for guests to utilize. We usually ate dinner out at one of the many great restaurants nearby in Lihue or Kapa’a. Our room was a great “home base” from which to plan excursions or explorations of a variety of the towns, beaches, and attractions on beautiful Kauai.

We had an absolutely memorable and enjoyable stay at Billy’s property. It is perfectly located in Lihue between the North shore and the South shore and conveniently located a few miles from the airport.
We were able to get to awesome restaurants, beaches, and all the excursions from his property within 10-30+ minutes…this gave us more time to enjoy the island which was a huge plus!
Billy provided all the necessities we needed to lounge on the beach with beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella which came in handy as we visited numerous beaches all around the island.
The room was clean, bed sheets smelled awesome, plenty of towels and he provided amenities I didn’t expect and we greatly appreciated it. He communicated with us and recommended restaurants and things to do which we did and he was on point!
Thank you Billy for making our stay on the beautiful island of Kauai awesome, we enjoyed your Hawaiian hospitality and your property. Until we see you again, Mahalo!!

Place was as described. Loved how he had it set. View was AMAZING and resort was BEAUTIFUL. Enjoyed our stay and bed was comfortable. Billy was great at responding to any questions right away. Provided ideas of what to do and eat. Very helpful. Husband and I enjoyed celebrating our Anniversary there.
We would surely stay there again if we go there again. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

We spent a week at this location for our 50th Wedding anniversary. Was just what we were looking for. Location of this updated room on the property is perfect. Near the four pools, view of the beach and also convenient access to a very nice restaurant on the property. Check in to check out was seamless with clear communication from Billy. We would stay there again.
