AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Very nice place to stay, close to elevator. Although we didn’t see it mentioned in the description, there was an umbrella and beach chairs available for use. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this unit for our trip and it was exactly as anticipated! Nice access to the beach and not a far walk from the main strip of Waikiki with options to rent bikes nearby. Had a boogie board and beach chairs for our use which was not expected! Self Parking was also nearby and connected to hotel which made for easy access and not outrageously priced for overnight with in/out accessibility. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This property was excellent! Everything was as stated in the description. Everything is close also. Plenty of restaurants to chose from and plenty of shopping. Fireworks on Friday was a bonus! Plus the views and the beach is unforgettable! Already planning my next trip there.

This was a very nice property, it was as described online, clean, small-really for only 2 people comfortably. Great location with coffee shop and cinnamons downstairs and restaurant on top floor. It is not fully stocked in kitchen, it’s like a hotel, that’s fine though there’s plenty places to eat. Our only issue was the check in process, I let the property know we had a late flight, so they gave us the code to enter, however it was not working and we needed security to help us and they tried to contact property manager, we were given another room that night and then they moved us to the correct room the next day, this was the most inconvenient thing that happened to us and we were not compensated for it, monetary nor say gift certificate to cinnamons? However, the security that helped us was super nice, true aloha spirit but the property management itself could be less desirable to work with.

Overall excellent location, cleanliness and house service. Room was small but very comfortable for two. The view was good. Bathroom drain plugged twice and kitchen sink drain leaked badly. House service very responsive. Garbage collection room down the hall was overwhelmed with trash. Washing machines didn’t work.
