The street noise is so loud. Not just annoying loud but wake you from a dead sleep loud. We were instructed to dial for security to let us in after hours for a late check in. No one came. Waited over half an hour and finally just had to sneak in when someone else was leaving in order to get to the mail box to get our keys. Tried to contact the booking agent multiple times over phone and email as we had an emergency flight change. They responded over 14 hours later. Free parking is a positive though. Would not stay again.

Not only was the room walking distance to many places within waikiki, the elevator to the parking spot made for an easy escape to throughout Oahu.
