This well stocked unit is on the ground floor and is steps away from the heated swimming pool, barbecue area and an amazing sandy beach that is never crowded. This is a great condo for young families with children or Seniors that don't want to deal with stairs or elevators. Just a short walk to Maui Ocean Center, Maalaea Marina for all boating, fishing or snorkeling activities. This quaint seaside little village and marina boasts restaurants, small shops for souvenirs and services, mini golf, and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. This condo is located in a perfect central location for access to the Airport, Golfing, Maui's breathtaking nature sights, historic towns and all the restaurants and shopping you may want. Close to everything for your vacation fun, yet offers the option of privacy and quiet solitude. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the condo's lanai, or glass of wine after a busy day with your crew. All beach amenities, wifi, washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen are included in this unit. Also stocked for your vacation fun are beach accessories, along with snorkel gear, masks, beach towels and beach chairs. The well stocked kitchen is now updated with new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. For guests comfort, we also have added a new Gel Memory Foam mattress for the pull out couch, making it comfortable for 6 guests. We stayed at this property for a week at the end of Oct/early November. It was perfect for our group of 4 - my mom (80 years old with a disability) was able to get to the pool easily and sit on the lawn chairs and watch the waves. My 10-year-old loved the beach, just a short walk away and relatively empty. Lots of turtles spotted feeding too. There is a closet full of anything you could possibly need - beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkels, etc. The property was very clean and we took out the garbage every night as instructed and saw a total of 3 bugs. Maalea is a lovely, laid-back community that is calm, quiet and friendly - don't come here for excitement or partying! We would not hesitate to come back!

the market at the end of the road was lifesaver for me, coffee in the morning and a nice walk, kids loved the pool and the ocean waves crashing is always a nice sound. Easy to get around and lots of places to see close by. Quiet as well and when on vacation that is always nice .

This apartment has everything you need feels like home. The location is perfect and has beautiful views. The decor is lovely and beds are comfortable.

The condo is in a good location with easy access to other locations on Maui. Although the condo is in an older building, the location and affordable cost is what would make me return. The communication with the hosts was easy.

Condo has everything you need for a vist. If you cook just buy the food. Very long uncrowded beach is a very short walk.

Only minus was the shower for the second bedroom fills up while using it and drains extremely slow…
Other than that everything was awesome
