The location and view of this condo is beautiful. The condo itself is a little run down. Peeling paint, wall damage, outdated furnishings, low end linens. We stayed in Maui the week before in a condo that was slightly larger, much more updated, in unit washer/dryer with excellent furnishings. Also had pool, outdoor pool and shower and also right on the ocean. We paid almost half the amount for that one than we did this one. I think with a minimal amount of investment this unit could be made much nicer.

A wonderful location! The views are better than pictured. There are appliance and furniture updates that are also better than pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cooking almost anything. The location (with the exception of the parakeets...from dusk to dawn) is ideal. The birds can be a bit of a problem for your car but we found it easily manageable. The sunrise and sunsets were fabulous and beyond description. I would definitely stay here again are recommend it to friends.

This place could be so amazing but it is abundantly clear that the owners no longer care about it. All of the furniture is worn, out of date, and feels dirty. The fridge handles and door looked like no one ever bothers to clean them. The stove burners lean on this old stove and the bathroom feels grimy. The bedroom carpets are completely unacceptable. They’re filthy!! Last but not least, the deck that is supposed to be a nice relaxing place to enjoy is crowded with two long lounge chairs, 4 stacked chairs, and two small tables. I get the idea but it’s too much and who wants to move the chairs every time—plus there’s no place to put them. I hate to leave a bad review but I think the owners should use the $400+ per night and start upgrading the place. I would never stay there again if the place is in this condition.

The condo is in a perfect location, has a beautiful view of the ocean and the beds are super comfortable. I love this place! I highly recommend it.
