Poipu Shores 101B’s huge 500-square-foot outdoor lanai, which is shared with the next-door condo, is the prime spot for the whole ohana (family) to watch the sea turtles swimming through the blue waters of the Pacific. When you are ready to put your feet in the sand, Poipu and Brennecke Beaches are just a quick walk away from fun in the sun. Along with snorkeling, swimming, and surfing, Poipu Beach also has a small baby beach protected from the waves that are perfect for kids. When you need a break from the sand and the salt, head to the pretty heated pool sitting right over the water. In the evenings, gather with your fellow guests in the grassy area next to the pool to watch the spectacular sunsets.
This first-floor property is outfitted with high-end furnishings, including amazing art pieces made by local artists. An open floor plan creates an airy and bright atmosphere. Put your feet up on the couch, flipping through the channels on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen features handsome cherry cabinets and granite counters, plus all the basics for whipping up meals and snacks. Tasteful tropical beach décor in greens and blues lulls you into a relaxed state in the bedroom, while the bed assures you’ll get a good night’s sleep. The bedroom also has a mirrored closet, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with granite counters and a tub/shower combination.

Although the views are amazing, there are many issues with the unit itself. The blinds are broken and stuck open in the bedroom and broken stuck closed in the living/kitchen area, the patio umbrella is broken, there is only one chair at the kitchen table, there were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived (not sure if they were clean or dirty), the sink in the small bathroom barely drains, we had an issue with the air conditioner where we went to the property manager and they told us we needed to call Vacasa. When we called Vacasa they said there was no a/c in this unit, wouldn’t listen to our concerns or refer us to anyone else and hung up on us. Extremely disappointed in Vacasa customer service. I have never stayed in a property where there is no pride in ownership to keep up the maintenance of the property.

TV not working in bedroom. Fan not working in living room. Air conditioner in bedroom and living room stopped working on Friday. I was told someone would be over to fix it. No one showed up. I called vacasa on Saturday morning, they said no one was available on the weekend,
So all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning no air conditioner. Will never book here or with vacasa agin

We loved our stay here! We loved the private deck and the views are amazing! We saw turtles every single day on the deck. Poipu beach is so close and there’s a walking path to get there. Poipu beach is a awesome beach to snorkel at! We saw a couple turtles and 2 seals! Such a fun stay we will definitely be back!
