Poipu Shores 304A invites your ohana (family) to experience the best of Hawaii, with a million-dollar view. Thanks to its third-floor location, the condo offers a spectacular oceanfront landscape from the lanai, as well as inside. Watch the dolphins and sea turtles play in the blue waters year-round and the humpback whales travel through the area in the winter. Grab the towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs, and take a short five-minute walk to Brennecke Beach, a hot spot for bodyboarding. A large grassy area with picnic tables and covered pavilions connects Brennecke to popular Poipu Beach. Along with snorkeling, swimming, and surfing, Poipu Beach also has a small baby beach protected from the waves that are perfect for kids.
Tropical touches in the living room put you in full vacation mode. When you’re ready for some downtime, curl up on the couch or loveseat and flip through the channels on the 32-inch TV with a DVD player. The pretty tile flooring flows into the dining area and kitchen, where you’ll find more high-end touches like granite counters, tile backsplash, and handsome wood-grain cabinets. Cooking is a cinch too, thanks to a practical layout, full-size appliances, and a starter kit of Kauai Company Coffee and condiments. Sunsets don’t get much better than what you’ll get from lounge chairs on the private lanai. Begin and end every day with the blue waters of the Pacific right outside of your window in the main bedroom, which comes with an en-suite bathroom with granite counters and a tile shower and tub.

The property is just as described. It was clean, had good beds and well-functioning air conditioners. Kitchen was well out-fitted.
The unit is beautifully set right on the water, and the property itself has a very nice pool. (You need a key — which is in the room — to get both in AND out of the pool!). A very nice beach is a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) down the hill. Unit provided beach towels and some chairs. Good selection of restaurants nearby. We would go again.
If we had any (very) minor suggestions it would be (I) to upgrade the regular bath towels, and (ii) for the property to provide umbrellas for the lounge chairs — and not just the tables — at the pool.

This was an amazing property. The accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed. The views alone were so awesome and we were able to hear the crash of the waves right outside our bedroom and living area. We loved it and will stay again! Thanks too for the treats!

I love drinking coffee in the morning and glass of wine watching the sunset from the balcony. The balcony is high enough to see turtles below and plenty of whale watching on comfortable furniture!!

We have stayed at this condo for many years. We believe its the best! The beds are cozy. The twin beds can be made into a king as well! The pool is like silk and the view? The best.
