Hearing the waves from almost every room and watching the palms sway in the breeze was everything I had hoped for and almost made up for the various mechanical items that were in need of repair. The secondary bathroom toilet ran intermittently, the windows in the main bedroom had a sign saying they were out of order, one of the screens on another window was falling off, and a shower valve was loose. The property management company was responsive and offered to fix all the issues immediately. While we appreciated their willingness to come right over, we didn’t want to interrupt our vacation time to deal with homeowner repairs and because there were only two of us, we were able to work around the issues. I hope the homeowners do the repairs soon so that the next group of vacationers will be able to fully enjoy this spectacular spot.

The best view from the balcony overlooking the ocean, listen to the breaking waves on the rocks literally feet below you. A gorgeous deck and pool right off the room that has a panoramic view of the coast and incredible sunsets!!

We loved this condo for its great location and awesome ocean view. However, it could use a few cheap upgrades. The coffee maker was only a 4 cup, the bedroom window would not stay open and the closet has a rod that was not installed properly, just to name a few things. It felt like a little bit of money could really make this place a lot more comfortable. Nice to have the washer/dryer in the unit and we appreciated the snacks and goodies provided.

Suited us perfectly! Walking distance to Poipu beach where the turtles and Monk seals greeted us. Walking distance to hiking trail where the views offered greetings from the whales. Condo had everything you need.

Very easy check in and check out, as well as managers texting and emailing to make sure we didn’t need anything while we were here. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the conference I was attending at the Grand Hyatt, and above the rocky shore where we could see Honu and whales swimming in the waves below. A big plus to have a functional Kitchen with everything we need to cook up a fresh fish lunch !! Thank you so much for having us!!

Unit was quite outdated, especially the bathrooms. Patio screen door didn’t work at all and was quite annoying. Floors were dirty and there was only a broom to sweep and no other cleaning supplies. View of the ocean was awesome, which we were aware of because we stayed at a different unit last year. That unit was in much better condition, but unfortunately it wasn’t available this year.
