This property is as advertised. 16 family members, ages 5-74, stayed in these 2 spacious homes for ten days. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids, plenty of pool/beach towels, plenty of room to host everyone for a meal, incredibly well equipped kitchens, and convenient to grocery stores and several attractions nearby. I could nitpick about need for carpet update in one house and no recycling availability for bottles and cans but that being said, we had a fabulous time!

4 generations (15 family members) from infant to 86 years old stayed here. Was exactly as described, except was much more beautiful! Accommodations were perfect. Extra large kitchen and dining area. Well equipped with any utensil and appliance we needed to cook and entertain. Lawn chairs, pool and beach toys were included. Spa and pool were perfect for all ages. View was spectacular. Neighborhood was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Perfect property for a large group. The area is perfectly located with access to beaches, restaurants and cycling. The houses are well stocked and very clean. The management was extremely helpful and available. The concierge helped us to navigate various activities. I highly recommend this property.
