This property is as advertised. 16 family members, ages 5-74, stayed in these 2 spacious homes for ten days. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids, plenty of pool/beach towels, plenty of room to host everyone for a meal, incredibly well equipped kitchens, and convenient to grocery stores and several attractions nearby. I could nitpick about need for carpet update in one house and no recycling availability for bottles and cans but that being said, we had a fabulous time!

4 generations (15 family members) from infant to 86 years old stayed here. Was exactly as described, except was much more beautiful! Accommodations were perfect. Extra large kitchen and dining area. Well equipped with any utensil and appliance we needed to cook and entertain. Lawn chairs, pool and beach toys were included. Spa and pool were perfect for all ages. View was spectacular. Neighborhood was great. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Perfect property for a large group. The area is perfectly located with access to beaches, restaurants and cycling. The houses are well stocked and very clean. The management was extremely helpful and available. The concierge helped us to navigate various activities. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful houses on a nice quiet street with very relaxing pools at each. The houses were both well taken care of and very clean, but we were left with little to no basic supplies. We were not provided any paper towels between the two houses, we had to go out and buy them ourselves. We were provided extremely limited toilet paper to the point we were passing a roll back and forth on the day of check out. One house did not even have dish soap. For as much as we paid, we should not have been having to share basic essentials between the two houses in order to get by.

We are a family of 9 adults that traveled to Hawaii for 7 nights. We found the Blue & Green houses on VRBO and we are so glad we did! These houses are in pristine condition. Ocean front with fantastic views! They are well stocked with everything you will need for a vacation. The furniture is high end and beds are very comfortable. They have thought of everything to make your stay convenient & positive.
We highly recommend these houses! They will not disappoint!! Aloha

Very well stocked, very clean with beautiful views of the sunset over the ocean.
Absolutely no complaints about this rental.
Lots of space for all 14 of us.
Only suggestion might be a gate that could open between the two yards.
