This large brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located in Poipu Beach Estates and shares an oversized lot. A traditional Farmhouse design with all the modern conveniences and casual elegance.

Well appointed with designer fixtures and furnishings. Large kitchen with premium appliances and quartz countertops. Bathrooms equipped with subway tile and marble flooring. A/C, ceiling fans, and wood flooring in the house. Lanai to enjoy the nice outdoors. Enjoy access to the Popiu Beach Athletic Club.

A/C is in all 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen and BBQ on the Lanai. There is a guest suite that is attached on the backside of the house with separate entrance and there is a detached cottage on the property that are vacation rentals. There is access to laundry in the garage that is shared with the guest suite. You get access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club that is 1 mile away that has a pool, gym, bar and grill and other amenities.

Excellent communication. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that I asked if the sheets were cotton and was told they were, but they were polyester.

Property was spotless when we arrived. The communication with the owner was excellent with him responding within minutes. Great area to be in with beaches close by and easy drive to the north shore. Local facilities were also great including restaurants, access to ATV ride and catamaran boat ride. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse in Poipu! The home was well appointed and also had very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools. We had purchased dish soap and sponges and detergent, but the home already had everything. The bathrooms are also well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers in the showers as well as hairdryers and even a hair straightener (teen girls were thrilled, though they never used it). The bath towels were great and the home also had beach towels to use as well. In the garage there were great boogie boards, snorkeling gear including fins, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas; basically anything you could need at the beach. The farmhouse is located very close to many of the South shore beaches in Kauai and we even walked to a few from the home. The sea turtles and monk seals were showing off on our visit and were able to see them often at the nearby walkable beaches. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I was able to run to Spouting Horn and back before sunrise and felt safe. We would love to come back and stay here again. Brandon was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive! Our stay here in March 2022 was amazing! The home is very clean, while the decor is lovely and cozy. Brandon was very responsive anytime I needed him. It was so convenient having all of the beach gear you could need in the garage! The rooms and bedding were comfortable, especially with the A/C at night. The master bedroom doesn’t get quite as cold as the others, but that’s because it’s larger. The Poipu athletic club was a big hit with our boys! You can’t beat the location! Mahalo, Brandon! Gorgeous house!
