Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location . Large yard for children to play.

Upon arrival, we were met by little green bugs running across the kitchen counter. They soon scattered and we never saw them again.
On the last night of our 10-day stay, we were met by a cockroach in the bathroom sink.
The shower doors are very rough to open, which caused a screw holding the handle to come off and could not re-attach. The rear screen is also very rough to open.
There is a wicker chair provided by the front door that needs to be tossed - one can be injured by the torn-up wicker.
I would never rent this unit ever again.

Wonderful location, the unit we stayed in is in great need of an update, especially the bathroom. Linens/ bedding/ pillows need to be replaced too. Otherwise, it was clean with new appliances.
We have stayed at this location and love it. Thank you.

I loved the cleanliness of the place. The convenience of having a code to enter, not having to deal with crowded elevators and beaches with too much proximity with others.
My family of 4 truly enjoyed our vacation, we felt at home. We had also all the gear needed in the closet . We certainly loved the concept and would recommend it to anyone visiting the islands.
