This property was a perfect fit for our family! We had two oldies (grandmas) the one level (minus the on step to the master suites) made it so easy for them to get around! It was equipped with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you’d need. Living space was perfect for the littles to play, the teens to play cards and hang until early in the AM. The location was perfect to the north shore beaches and shops! Thanks for letting us feel like home during our stay in Kauai!

My family with 4 adults and 4 children (ages 7-14) loved our stay at The Palm House. We didn't want to leave. It had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. The garage had boogie boards, a couple of surf boards and beach chairs for us. Communication was excellent with the management company. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. I miss drinking my morning coffee on the front porch with the incredible view. It really was a perfect place for us.

The Palms house was wonderful!! The home is beautiful, spacious, and has a gorgeous view off the front porch! It easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children!! The check in process was smooth and the management was great!! They were easily accessible and communicated quickly and clearly!! Would highly recommend and stay again!!

This is a perfect home for a large family gathering! We had a family of 10 stay here and everyone had more than enough space. The check in process was so easy along with a link to directions that brought us right to the front door without issue. The house is roomy and homey and is well stocked whether it was the kitchen supplies or beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views. We could not have chosen a better vacation home!!

The house was spotless and had some awesome added benefits including beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and boogie boards. The location is fantastic since Princeville is quiet and the access to the house is quick and easy. We loved our stay!

This house was perfect for our family of eleven and we were so sorry to leave. The location was very convenient to the grocery store, beaches and shopping. The kids loved being able to walk to two of their favorite beaches, Hidden Beach and Queen’s Bath, especially since parking is very limited. The view from the front porch is beautiful and we were fortunate to see two rainbows from there. We were surprised to see all the beach and water gear that was provided by the home owner. We also made good use of the large cooler as we often ate picnic lunches on our excursions. Every Wednesday an small art fair with local artists and music is held at a park within a short walk of the house. The park overlooks the golf course that has an area for nonmembers to have a drink and a snack under a covered patio. Just writing this review brings back so many pleasant memories of our stay in Princeville. It is a perfect house and we hope to return someday.
