Maui Banyan F-103 Ground Floor Condo - COMPLETE REMODEL.
**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.
We purchased this unit in January of this year (2021). Everything in the unit has been replaced! Floors, newly built walk in showers in both bathrooms, new bathroom vanities/counters/faucets, brand new kitchenette in second bedroom, brand new kitchen in main living area with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new AC units in living room and second bedroom. New ceiling fans, new paint, lights and all completely new furniture in the entire unit, along with new lanai furniture!
This ground floor unit has a patio spanning the entire unit with access from both bedrooms and the living room. You can walk out your lanai and on to the grassy courtyard next to our unit, which includes a picnic table and Weber gas grill. (still a set of stairs down from parking lot, so not ADA friendly)
This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.
You will not be disappointed in booking this brand new, completely renovated unit!
The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful 2 bedroom garden view room. There are large flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedrooms! The living room and second bedroom have window Air Conditioning units.
Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. We had an amazing trip. Our accommodations were beautiful. From beach towels, boogie boards and coolers to the beautifully decorated condo. A/c was amazing through out. Pool and hot tub was super nice too.

We really enjoyed our stay - Dawn and Sean were incredible hosts. They were attentive and responsive and ensured that the place was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our vacation. The location is great and the updates/decor was nice!

This property was great, plenty of room for 6 adults. In a good location with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach with chairs, towels and boogie boards provided. Condo was clean with anything you could possibly need. Facility pools, hot tubs, and grills clean. An easy walk to shops/restaurants in town and quick drive to just about anywhere else. Dawn was very helpful with recommendations and responding to any questions that arose, very easy to work with. We will return to Hawaii and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It came with everything you would need and more. Great locations (just across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui). Will definitely return!

Condo was as described. Updated and clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. Digital check in was easy and nice to not have to worry about carrying around a key. Great water pressure as well!
Property is close walk to the beach and some restaurants. Did not use the pool.
Parking on property is tight with a mini van. Grounds were nice and felt safe.

We enjoyed this condo. Recently remodeled and the decor was very nice. Close proximity to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great. Owners were responsive to requests. Although this is a ground unit, we were surprised that there were a number of stairs in order to get in the front door.

This place was exactly what we needed. Beautifully updated home with gorgeous finishes, Excellent amenities, and right next to the beach. My family and I enjoyed this place so much. We enjoyed the bbq, the pool, and best of all the daily beach trips. They even had some beach chairs a boogie boards that we put to good use. Thankful to have found such a great place with fantastic owners. It made for an excellent place to call home while on such an excellent vacation.
