Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Our stay was delightful. We are kama`aina who live in Kaneohe, so the North Shore was a treat. Property was clean and well equipped. The full condo Air conditioning made our stay even more pleasant. Loved the pool and easy access to North Shore beach sites. Mahalo for letting us use your

Overall it was a good experience. Outside lanai screen doors were not in good shape and off track, but really did not matter much because it was the outer screen door of the screen enclosed lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and basic needs. Could use a wok and bigger rice cooker.

Perfect location to see the North Shore and avoid the crowds. The Kuilima complex has a lot to offer without even leaving the property. Great food, vistas and activities. The unit served us well, clean and comfortable.

We’ve been coming to the Kulima stage for a while now and we always love staying here. The place was wonderfully set up when we arrived and everything was in order. We had a great stay of three days and enjoyed it thoroughly, of course, including a round of golf.

This was a great condo in need of a lot of repairs and better cleaning as there was broken glass on the floor in the kitchen. Pretty hard to be barefoot! The fan in downstairs bathroom did not work. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and amenities at the Turtle Bay Resort.

The location is great, very close to Turtle Bay golf course.
The premise looks a bit dated and in need of some upgrading, otherwise all is good.

Too many ants in kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Property Management complained of air conditioning units being left on while we were out. They left 2 notices in our front door. The second notice stated that they would come into the unit and turn them off while we were out. We felt like we were being watched.Condo was very clean.
