This condo was exactly what I was hoping for. A great view, very short walk across an impressive lawn to the beach with easy access to everywhere around the island. Thank you for the extra amenities: cooler, chairs, etc.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very clean and the location is near the Safeway which was nice. From the 6th floor you get a nice view of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the whales offshore. The street out front is busy during the day so there’s some noise but not bad. Overall it’s a nice place and I would not hesitate to book it again.

What you see is what you get with Unit 608. It may not be fancy enough for some people, but for us, it was perfect!
We found it to be completely clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has newer appliances, and all the basic cooking utensils you will need. What more could you possibly want for that great low price point? It was a cozy space to come home to after a long day of touring the island. It was absolutely the perfect space for us, and we enjoyed every minute of it!
The view from the balcony, or even while laying in bed, is truly fantastic. We ate out there every day and watched the whales and boats.
Yes, you can hear the air conditioning unit, but we were able to tune it out like you do traffic or sirens anywhere else. If you focus on the birds and the waves, the background noise goes away.
The complex has a row of barbecues in the common area that were great to use. A nice place to hang out and meet fellow travellers.
The pool temperature was a little chilly, but it was completely spotless. There are a lot of pretty birds around, so that has to be a big job keeping it all clean.
It was a one minute walk over the dunes to the beach. There were beach chairs, towels and a cooler to use. They even had a few trays of ice ready made to start you off.
Our communication with the property management was absolutely stress free. We had a wrinkle with some of the equipment and it was taken care of immediately. They are very quick to respond and very friendly.
Overall, we loved the location, the view, the price point and the friendly folks at Maui Paradise Properties. From our experience we can only highly recommend! Mahalo

Nice stay overall. The couch is worn out and the furniture stained, and continuous mechanical noises were annoying.

All you need out of a home base for a visit to Maui — fabulous location, nice enough amenities, nothing extremely fancy but the perfect spot to go out and explore from, and then come back and enjoy the sunset on the beach, and then take a dip in the hot tub. You couldn’t ask for much more and We will absolutely be back

The view was our main highlight of this place. We ate breakfast every morning on the porch just admiring the view. Easy beach access, with chairs and a cooler provided, made it even better. Would stay here again.

Lovely view. Cute, comfy décor. Everything you will need for a stay right down to a wooden cooking spoon collection. These are likely very nice owners. The only downside is not their fault. The unit is directly under a huge air handling device of some kind--HVAC, I think. There is an almost constant rumbling, particular noticeable in the bedroom. At times the bed actually vibrates noticeably. We slept with the sliding doors open. Surf sounds and street noise partially mitigate the constant din. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Only other issue was the sliding doors which were difficult or impossible to open. The screens are coming off of the frames as well. We would probably still go back.

Great place and lovely ocean view BUT noise and vibration from the building air-conditioning unit located directly above the unit/bedroom made for a totally miserable experience. The property management company did everything in their power to help, even trying to relocate us to another unit but occupancy was so high he could not. Promised a full refund due to the extreme and very unexpected circumstances and suggested I find another place using VRBO so I could get decent sleep (and no more earaches). Moved out, left the place spotless and proceeded to be told it was my fault for moving out, that they could have remedied the situation, and we lost about $800 on the whole thing. Wow. Seriously??? I have not ever written such a review, however this is deserved.

Amazing view from the lanai at any time of day. Good location in Kihei for travel across the island. Quiet and comfortable condo.
