BALCONY SPALLING WORK 2023: Starting 11/13/23 and for about 15 days ending on 12/11/23, the balcony will be closed and all furnitures will be removed during the Spalling work. (dates subject to change, and are approximate time frame given by the building manager)

ENHANCED PROTOCOLS : We have revised our protocols to include contactless check-in & check-out, professional EPA approved non-toxic undetectable antimicrobial electrostatic spray treatment which continues to kill newly introduced viruses and germs on surfaces, enhanced cleaning and sanitization, and laundry is professionally cleaned and sanitized off-site.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Waikiki location, 5 minutes from the best part of Waikiki beach. Little cozy studio with all necessary amenities sans washer/dryer (you have them in the common area on the 6th floor together with pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym). But there are lots of properties available there. What makes this one stand out is the 43th floor, the tallest possible location in Waikiki. You have million dollar views from the balcony! Oh, and if you have a car, easy parking is available there for $35/night.

As this was our first time in Honolulu, it is difficult to comment on the value issue. All accommodation seems expensive; on the other hand, this small apartment was as advertised and served us well for a 6 day stay. Check in and check out were flawless. The apartment was well i for a short stay allowing reasonable cook in opportunities. The view was beautiful. While a small loft style, there was easily enough space for two. The bed was a queen and very comfortable. We have used VRBO many times and would return to this space again if in Honolulu .

My only complaint would be is there seems to be some challenges with the shower temperature. It constantly fluctuates between hot and cold

This property provided two beach chairs, sun umbrella and cooler for a perfect day at the beach. Stayed on the 43rd floor and had a perfect view of the ocean and city lights in the evening. Highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in. Clean. Not enough forks, knives,spoons or plates. Air conditionning works well. Need some fresh peint. Near restaurants, buss stops, beach. Bbq with picnic tables well appreciated. Should have somewhere to leave luggages after 10h30 if our flight is in the afternoon. We had to pay 45$ to Smart car rental to keep them safe for 3 hours.
