Aloha and E Komo Mai - (welcome) to paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii at the Vista Waikoloa Beach Resort. This location is a spacious corner ground floor home with a partial ocean view. The home is located on the sunny and dry side of the Island at the Kohala Coast. The home faces toward the ocean for amazing sunsets and constant ocean breezes. Vista Waikoloa is a gated community with abundant tropical landscape that surrounds our beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath home.

The space
From the moment you arrive you can relax, recharge, and create wonderful memories during your Hawaiian tropical retreat.
Compared to other Big Island vacation rentals, the large wrap around lanai and the floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean, make the home unique.

The soothing earth tones and porcelain tile floors throughout along with high ceilings create a bright, relaxing, and spacious environment. The gardens around the unit are filled with plumeria and hibiscus trees along with beautiful palm trees among lush tropical plants.

You will enjoy the ocean breezes, providing comfortable days and cool nights. Additionally, each room is equipped with ceiling fans as well as one on the lanai, allowing you to hear the ocean waves and the lovely song birds, a bliss for your senses!

The living room provides a lovely view of palm trees, tropical garden, and partial ocean views. On the two comfortable couches you can stretch out and relax after a day of touring the Island. There is a new flat screen smart TV in the living room with access to numerous streaming services in addition to a great sound bar. The kitchen is stocked with all items you would need to cook meals and is accentuated with beautiful granite countertops and lovely cabinetry.

Bedrooms/Bathroom:
The master suite is spacious with beautiful cabinetry and has a new king bed, a Sealy Posturepedic, mattress and quality linens. The en-suite master bathroom has a vibe of a tropical spa with a large walk-in shower with a hand held shower head, and double sinks. The lanai leading out from the master bedroom, features a private space with a chaise lounge and chair with ottoman for complete relaxation with ocean views to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, reading a book, or sun bathing. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a new comfortable Sealy mattress and quality linens. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The double sliding glass doors of the wrap-around lanai, can be accessed by the two sliders in the living room and one off the master bedroom. The Lanai features an outside countertop and sink for serving food and drinks, great for entertaining with a large table that seats 6.

Plenty of beach equipment for your use, such as beach towels, Boogie boards, small cooler, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and beach bags are all included for amazing days at the beach. There are several amazing white sand beaches all within a 15-20 minute drive from the home. From the Lanai, a short walk takes you to a wonderful beach to watch sunsets and green sea turtles.

In addition to the fabulous 75-foot freshwater heated swimming pool and 2 whirlpool spas at the complex, the unit is located a quick 8 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach, 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay).
