The Waikoloa Beach Resort has numerous amenities from golf course greenery, swimming pool, fitness room, BBQ stations, tennis courts, and even koi ponds, you'll be endlessly entertained. The Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach is a mile away so you can hit the beach to swim with dolphins, windsurf, snorkel or even go on one of the glass bottom boat tours! The King's and Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining options. Don't forget to check out the scenic golf courses and set your tee time!
The double door entrance leads you to a spacious living room with a 75" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +) and a comfortable sectional. From here, you can access the wrap-around golf course view lanai that faces the 13th fairway. The lanai is furnished with seating and a BBQ, great for grilling up burgers in the tropical sun. This villa is a single story home so you won't have to worry about carrying heavy bags up the stairs!
The kitchen is great for the chef in the group to whip up homemade meals. There is a drip coffee maker, double oven, kettle, dishwasher and more to make you feel right at home. The formal dining table has seating for 6 and an additional 2 seats can be found at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
The 2 master bedrooms ensure total privacy and are separated by the living room. Each master bedroom has a King bed, en suite bathroom with standing shower, and 50" Smart TV so you don't have to fight for the remote! There is central AC in the living area and the first 2 bedrooms to stay cool.

Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C.

Our condo at the Shores Waikoloa was wonderful. The dual master suites allowed our teenager to have their own space and the lanai area overlooking the golf course provided a sunset view. The pool area was nearby but the overall Shores property was very quiet and relaxing. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Not enough silverware!

No hand or body soaps supplied in the showers!
The internet never worked throughout the entire stay!
I would like to get a credit or refund on the internet never working for us!
This might effect our next stay at the Shores- I pretty sure we have stayed at the at least 2 -3 times in the past!

Overall a beautiful property and super great location but property needs some attention.
Floors were dirty upon arrival.
There was a bbq brush but no bbq which is disclosed in the description of the property and in fact shows a grill in one of the profile pictures. Tried to contact property manager but there was no response. No biggie in the end, as there was bbq's right across from rental.
Front entrance light does not work.
Kitchen lacks certain items which could of been helpful such as measuring cups as well, freezer had dirty trays.
Cleanliness of towels were questionable.

This home is nice, clean and roomy. The location is great, right across from the pool. Close to nice beaches, great snorkeling and food. We were happy to find beach equipment and a small cooler at the home. It was disappointing that we were not given enough dishwasher soap for even a single load per day and found only a single empty spray bottle of surface cleaner, not a single pot worth of coffee or even a mini shampoo. Be prepared to buy cleaning supplies and not to have enough for even the first night.

Very nice villa, with more than enough room for a family of four. We felt very comfortable and at home. The community is quite, clean and well maintained. The pool was great for a swim at the end of our busy days.
