This Property far exceeded our expectations. Large unit with a great kitchen, including great pans and other utensils, etc. The owner was in contact and very responsive with our request for additional pillows and blankets. Great location. There is a very nice outdoor mall next door with great coffee shop, snorkel shop, general store, restaurants, etc.

We absolutely loved our time in Maui and Q101 Kaanapali Royal was the perfect base and accommodations. The Condo is roomy, comfortable, well equipped with amazing Ocean view and walking distance to Whalers Village, beach & Black Rock. We’re planning on a return sooner than later. Steve and the staff were wonderful to work with 5 stars all the way around. 😊

Needed a place to stay for a 4 night trip to Maui for my sons wedding and Steve’s condo was perfect. Right on the Kaanapali golf course and a short walk to all the shops and resort amenities. This was perfect for our 7 guests as we had quick access to the wedding responsibilities in Lahaina and then the beach and resort right next to us for relaxation. Thanks for making so simple.

Everything we had hoped for. Do wish bathroom had handicap Grap bars my husband almost slipped twice. Condo had everything.

We had a great vacation and the property provided everything we were looking for - it is large enough for two families, it has a well-supplied kitchen and a great terrace. It is also in a walking distance from 2 shopping malls and the beach. Highly recommended!
