Wonderful location to explore Volcano National park, Black Sands beach and waterfalls. Convenient location between Kona and Hilo. Great choices for coffee shops and local bakery. Property was very clean and spacious.

Spacious and quiet place to stay, perfect for our family of 6 travelers to spread out and enjoy the countryside. The grounds are beautiful and the wrap-around patio upstairs has a wonderful view. My husband said the bed was the most comfortable of the four different properties we stayed at during our 2-week trip to the big island & Maui. The location was perfect for our adventures to Green Sand beach, Black Sand beach, and Volcanoes National Park for eruption night viewing.

This house is spacious enough for 8 people to really spread out. The location is great for the quiet, country life, with side trips to close-by black sand beach and green sand beach. Nice, peaceful spot
