It was a very comfortable and clean condo. We could see the whales from the lanai and there are two pools to enjoy. Also, there is a great restaurant on location and a grocery store within walking distance. There is also a public beach within walking distance with snorkeling.

The only downside is a super firm mattress. We ended up buying a foam topper and leaving it there otherwise we were gonna be miserable. The location to Kona is a 10 minute drive and expect traffic in both directions getting in and out of it...that said, it is probably the best facilities we have ever stayed at in Hawaii. There is a community "Quiet" pool right below the unit with a nice hot tub. There is another pool and hot tub a short walk away and that pool has a restaurant making tropical drinks all day. Loved to work out, take a dip in the pool, and get my Pinacoloda all from the same place.
