    We had a great 2 week stay! The property was one of the best stocked vacation rentals I’ve been in - paper products, pantry staples, etc. it was very clean upon arrival & check in was a breeze. Garage parking was really a nice bonus too. Igor was available easily via text for anything that may come up. For example, grill wasn’t working and I texted him and then it was fixed the next time we went to use it. The pool is fantastic for kids. We would come home after a day out and spend an hour or 2 at the pool. There is a kiddie pool that is about 2 ft deep and a nice regular pool connected, both nicely heated & perfect for children. The lanais are wonderful with a spectacular ocean view. We watched the fireworks from the top floor lanai on the 4th. The complex quiet & beautiful. It’s conveniently located close to the shopping center for basics. The only issue we ran into is the primary bedroom mattress was very very soft/mushy and after a week I moved to another bed. I really recommend this property & am so thankful for the easy process facilitated by Igor. we had a great time & we would 100% rent this property again.

    Everything was amazing during our week stay. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare and eat meals. The lanai and view are second to none. Wish we could have stayed an additional week! Will be back as soon as we can!

    We stayed here 8 nights and really enjoyed the property. The unit was spacious and two of the three bedrooms had a nice view of the ocean. Perfect place to work from Hawaii with a desk and office chair set up in the master bedroom. The garage is full of snorkel gear, chairs, and coolers. The grill on the lanai was also much used allowing us to save $$ not eating at restaurants all the time. Most everything you will need is in the kitchen. The facilities (pool and gym) are very nice. We used the pool every day. We will definitely be back next time we come with our whole family. Only minor detractions - the unit has central A/C, but the minimum temp is fixed at 74 degrees. This is much cooler than the 80+ degrees the unit would be without A/C, but at times it was a bit warm. Would have been nice to set it to 72. The A/C will also only operate when all doors and windows are closed. Makes sense, but there’s no alarm or warning to tell you when the A/C is disabled. We made the mistake of heading on an all day excursion with the sliding glass door slightly cracked, but not completely closed. It was 82 degrees in the unit when we got back in the evening. Also the unit has a garage, but there was no garage door opener to make it easy to get in and out of the garage. Other than these minor points we loved the unit!
