Room was exactly what the picture shows in the ad. The location was fantastic for my Family and my elderly Mother who has mobility issues. She had to stop a couple times on the way to the beach, but she said the location was close enough for her and totally manageable to do.
The rental price was exactly what I expected for the condition of the unit. For example, the bathroom towel holder kept falling off and we could see that attempts were made to fix it.
Another HUGE benefit staying here offered, is the parking pass. Parking is easily $30-50 USD a day from what we saw during our 10 days.
If you are a frugal individual like me, great bang here for your buck.
We would stay here again or another location Midway offers.

Chantal’s home was not only beautiful but comfortable as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and access to and from the condo was easy. Chantal responded quickly to any question I had and provided detailed information about our surroundings and possible excursions. I would definitely return as there is so much to see here in Kauai!

We loved staying at the Waikiki Banyan! The room was just as described. Comfy beds, AC, easy walk to everything, beach towels and chairs and great management communication! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Waikiki Banyan for a week in July. The hotel is a condo with 2 beds and one pull out sofa. It is located just a block from Waikiki beach and parking is part of the facility. The unit had kitchenettes and dining table. The bathroom is small but adequate. There is a walkout balcony with a small table and two chairs. There are a couple of beach chairs available to use. The unit is not new but adequate for our stay as we were out and about all day. Would return in the future.

Super convenient location to Waikiki beach and shopping. Everything is walkable or easy to catch the bus. Views from the balcony are fantastic! All and all a very comfortable place to stay!
4 stars : king and queen in one room is very tight; a king and a full would be much better. Headboards are loose so they clunk the mirrors just getting in bed. No umbrellas with beach chairs and no dust pan for broom.

Location was great, and the view was beautiful. Parking was easy, and great access. The space was true to pictures, and we made it work and were comfortable. A/C works, which was super helpful on the high humidity days. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.
