    Come and enjoy a luxurious laid-back island living in our new home located in the beautiful new neighborhood in Waikoloa Beach Resort Ainamalu. This gated community Ainamalu "Protected, Peaceful Land" is the newest resort community in the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort, and its desirable Kohala Coast location provides you convenient access to all of the best amenities the Big Island has to offer. Our home has amazing views of Mauna Kea. Take a short drive to the Hilton Waikoloa to enjoy a free daily pool pass.


    Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of Kohala Coast Properties Inc. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at this participating Kohala Coast Properties Inc. vacation rental property. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.


    Our home has a large lanai for outdoor dining with a gas grill, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinets, quartz kitchen and bath counters. Kohler plumbing fixtures, Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances and a gas cook-top. A large master suite with an outdoor tropical shower and large deep tub. 2 guest bedrooms with a full guest bath to share. Guest bedroom has a desk for a working vacation. Large open kitchen, dining and living room for quality family time. Throughout our home is amazing artwork displayed for all to enjoy.


    Nearby shops, cafes, bars, galleries and restaurants located at the Queens Market Place and The Kings Shops. Also enjoy fun in the sun at the nearby beach Anaehoomalu Bay. Also, right next to Ainamalu is the Kings Course for the best ...

    Pros : clean , new , peaceful and quite neighborhood with large and well maintained lawn. Enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai drinking coffee every morning before jogging around the neighborhood. Their are boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, umbrellas which we found to be very helpful Good supplies of mugs, glasses, plates, bowls.. we didn’t cook but there are enough pots and pans if you want to cook although the knives are quite dullWasher and dryer always come handy. You can park your car inside the garage. Clean beddings, comfortable pillows The house is clean except for inside the refrigerator Cons: can’t really walk to restaurants or groceries but if you have a car it’s not a big deal. No amenities such as swimming pool or fitness center since it’s a new development. High cleaning fee. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay for a rental, and keep in mind I’m more like a hotel/ resort kinda of person and I’m picky so do not hesitate to book if you’re looking for a rental place. Suggestion: for longer stay, management should provide enough supplies such as paper towels, detergent, toilet paper etc.. we had a 5 night stay and if we cooked, It would be a hassle to run to the store to get more supplies

    Ainamalu 29 was an amazing property. The home and amenities were incredible. No detail was left out. The home was comfortable for every age in our family. Spending time in the yards made the stay even more perfect. Michelle, the property manager, was there to assist us at our every turn including checking in on us to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to anyone at any any age. It was that fabulous. We hope to be back very soon. Mahalo.

    Fantastic property. Love the open layout for kitchen/living room (ideal for families to gather and do the provided jigsaw puzzle or watch the Olympics). Modern, new, and clean. Backyard (with BBQ and sofas) wonderful, too. Garage is a bit short in length, okay for regular sized cars, tough for vans. Overall, we absolutely loved the property and found it to be greater value than getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms nearby.

    This new home in the unique and desirable Ainamalu community is central and secluded at the same time. Lots of space and very well appointed. Made us feel at home for our extended stay. Beautiful backyard view of 4 of the 5 Big Island from the Lanai made every morning and evening memorable!
