Feel the sandy beach between your toes on one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in all of Maui - Sugar Beach. The sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away while you enjoy yourself on the lanai. The unit is tastefully decorated with updated appliances and an upgraded fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms and laundry will feel right at home in your vacation home. Enjoy relaxing on your large Lanai (balcony) in the morning or at night. Don't forget whale watching during whale season. Due to the location, the beach is rarely crowded so there is lots of room for you to spread out and enjoy the warm waves of the Pacific.
Enjoy the pool just steps from the ocean. Barbeque facilities and easy access to the beach. Feel like trying a Pacific past time, go outrigger canoeing with either of two outrigger canoe clubs located a short walk down the beach from the unit.
The Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea Harbor has to offer is just a short 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui. Near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. Less than 20 minutes from the airport.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The location and view for this property are perfection!! The beach is great and very close. The property was clean-ish. The floors we’re filthy and the sinks don’t drain. The worst part of this entire unit are the beds… the king is so firm it’s painful. The twins in the second room are just as bad. The bedding is cheap and worn. The property would be perfect with a good deep cleaning and new beds/bedding.

We arrived and the tempter of the was over 82 degrees.
After turning on the AC we could only get the temp down to 78 degrees. When we got up the next day it was down to 75 but started going up by 10am. There was a window AC unit in the 2nd bedroom to help try to get the temp down but it was loud and my kids could not sleep with it on. This is not in the VRBO pictures as there is a stick in the window to keep the window closed for "security" The refrigerator center seal does not work correctly. I had a coke on the table for 10 min and found ants going after it. Lamp shade in the living room was all torn up. The washing machine had a moisture fault (we did not bother to use this). We call on all listed items and were told it is all normal. We called VRBO and they told us to work with the owner. we planned a 3 night stay and only stayed one night and went to a different location at my cost. I have not received any compensation for any of this and stilled paid for the 3 nights. Very disappointing situation.

Property was clean and well maintained. End unit provided a nice panorama of the beach and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!

Torrential rain flooded us out! The rental company was very good to call and inform us that the road in was impassible and gave a full refund but we were stuck finding a last minute accommodation for 5. We managed but had to pay exorbitant amounts for rooms at a hotel by the airport. Darn Mother Nature, the condo would have been great!

The view was spectacular. But we were very disappointed with the condo amenities. There were very limited supplies such as toilet paper; we actually ran out on the last day! No tissues. Fridge was defective; centre flap on french doors had to be manually positioned every time we opened / closed the fridge or it would not stay cold. Air conditioning varied throughout condo; some rooms extremely cold while others were better. Bathrooms were extremely dated and not clean. Lights were on timers so they would switch on in the middle of the night. Check in process was a bit rigid. We arrived 15 min early but could not get into the unit as the code would only work at 4pm sharp. Overall it was OK, but would not book here again.

This was a nice property,recently redone. Close to an ABC store and great bakery. Located right on the beach. Only issue we had was the king bed was very firm but the twin beds were soft,so it was OK for us. The owner was very responsive when we called to ask a question.

My family had a fantastic time here. The views were amazing and we would definitely love to stay here again! We enjoyed walking to the bakery every morning (it is so close) and getting whatever we needed at the market and my favorite shaved ice place was right there also!!!!! If you are looking for an amazing stay then you need to book this place!
