This cozy retreat is designed with your convenience and comfort in mind. It boasts an open floor plan with air conditioning, a comfy queen-sized bed, and a versatile table that adjusts for dining or work. You'll also find a flat-screen TV to unwind in style. The well-equipped kitchenette features a 2-burner stovetop, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. High-speed wireless INTERNET and cable TV are at your service.
All your linens and towels, including beach towels, are thoughtfully provided. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 6th floor and can be operated with coins or credit cards.
The expansive recreation deck on the 6th floor of the Island Colony is a true gem. Enjoy a large pool, hot tub, sauna, gas BBQ and picnic tables, a fitness room (for a small one-time fee of $5), showers, an ice machine, a convenience store, a café, and a coin or credit card-operated laundromat. Your comfort is our priority!
Parking is available in the building for just $35 per day (price is subject to change), and you'll appreciate the open-air lobby, ATM, trash chutes on every floor, and round-the-clock security. If you want to explore the island, you'll find car, scooter, and bicycle rentals right on the ground floor of the building.

This review is for the unit we ended up switching to, which is in another building via the same property management company , but VRBO won’t show us our review as a guest unless we complete this. Please don’t read this as a review for this listing!! We needed more room for another couple who ended up coming with us. Everything was as described and perfect for our needs. This was a basic unit and a tight squeeze for 4 adults but we weren’t in the unit often, mainly only for sleeping and showering so it worked out just fine. Not having ac in the bedroom was miserable for me, but I run hot and prefer a very cold room. There was a fan in the closet which we used and an overhead fan too. The couple that used the couch bed were cold all night but there wasn’t a good compromise. Plenty of towels and beach towels provided for 4. Older unit but well kept. The first day we used the beach chairs one of them was previously broken so I emailed to report it and request a new one, got a prompt reply and a new chair brought in the next day! The building is older but worked for our needs.
