The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook including a stovetop and oven, microwave, fridge, utensils and a coffee maker. The living room has a large couch, television and a table and chairs. Inside the bedroom there is a large bed, dresser and a television atop. The unit comes with split air conditioning for maximum comfort. Furthermore, the condo complex features a pool, BBQ area, laundry room, and many places to sit and relax.

This desirable area is characterized by being only steps to the beach. From directly out of the front door, the beach is only seconds away! Also, Haycraft Park is next door.

This is a cleverly redecorated condo. The decor and kitchen wear were A+. The complex is wll maintained and right on the beach. The lack of flexibility for check in when the place is already clean seemed shortsighted. The blinds on the patio door were confusing. The patio furniture was not comfortable, but looked nice.

Condo was nice and clean. Newly remodeled, nice kitchen and bathroom. Really nice shower head with good water pressure. Two small criticisms- The bed in the bedroom is a weird folding Murphy bed type thing and sags in the middle. The unit is next to the public parking lot for the beach and it gets loud. That said, there are privacy hedges that block the view mostly and the beach empties out in the late afternoon. Beach was small and rocky out in front but if you walk a little further down the beach it’s easy entry into the ocean. Very chill beach with small waves and not a lot of people. Everyone else in the complex was cool- Mostly older people and very friendly. We’ll take this over big resorts every time.

We enjoyed staying here so much. It was so clean and really cute too. It is located in the middle of Lahaina and Kīhei so the perfect location. We loved the pool in the afternoon after our excursions. Saturday nights get a little noisy with the public park next door but they were quiet by 10pm. We can’t wait to come back!

1. The on site property manager was yelling at kids in the swimming pool. Kids at a pool and you want to have them not have fun and be quiet???? He didn’t talk to the adults, he went right to the kids questioning if they belonged there. Can’t help but think he was profiling. 2. The property manager has an attitude and was not helpful when we faced the dilemma of my spouse not receiving important handicap material. She expressed no interest in helping assist our situation. Will not go back.

Place was very clean, and had all the necessities that you needed for a beach day and snorkeling which was very convenient. Kitchen was nice we cooked a lot, because a lot of the restaurants were booked. Across from the balcony you see a lot of people camping which we didn’t love, but they didn’t seem to bother anyone. Overall great place, and great for the price.
