My family of 6 stayed at this property during our vacation to Oahu. We love the location. It is away from the chaos of Waikiki yet not too far from everything we had planned (KoKo crater, Diamond Head, Hanuama Bay). The pool was perfect for my kids after the beach. The rooms were comfy and spacious. The kitchen had EVERYTHING youll ever need! We brought our own rice cooker from home but found they had a mini one too! All 3 bedrooms had decent AC. The whole lower level living area does not have AC but it wasnt too bad if we kept the windows opened. Plenty of regular towels and beach towels to use! We also loved the big washer/dryer because we did laundry quite often (kids + beaches = loads!). This was a "splurge" stay for us hut it was absolutely worth it.

What a wonderful place to call home. My family loved every minute of our return trip to Hawaii and we were 5 minutes from our friends living in Kailua. The house was fully equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but honestly we were out every day revisiting/reliving our life in paradise. We will be back soon and staying here.

Pros: Checkin process was smooth and the host was kind enough to let us checkin a little earlier. Communication with the host was great. Although, the on-site property contact never responded when I texted that we were vacating earlier than expected. Location was perfect for us. The noise from the main road didn’t bother us at all. Cons: The condition of the house is not well kept as it appears in the listing. All bathroom doors are sliding bathroom/closet doors with no latch to lock. So someone can open the door while you’re in there. The bathroom sliding doors have scrapes on them. Stains on the rugs in the master bedroom and living room. In the master bedroom one wall has baseboards but the other walls do not. The hardwood in the closet in the master bedroom was short against the wall. They either ran out of wood or forgot to finish it. Shower head in the guest bathroom cannot be moved or else it will spray everywhere. The guest bathroom was super outdated and it’s apparent. I felt bad our other guests had to use that bathroom so offered they use the master. House didn’t seem very well cleaned. Light switch plates were dirty. There is a half bathroom downstairs. Although they installed the systems that sprays ducks trying to get into the pool, it didn’t always work. Ducks were still swimming in the pool and sat along the edge pooping on the sides. We were only able to use it once. We left one day earlier than expected because we didn’t feel comfortable staying another night. The property could be so much better and nicer with minor updates.

Lovely two story house with a pool and 3 bedrooms. Large kitchen and TV room. Brand new amenities - tv and washing machine. Very quiet except for morning commuter traffic. Pool was not used as ducks like it more than people. This is a great property.

The home is spacious and clean. We were three friends going to enjoy Oahu with Kailua as our home base. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and took care of all of our needs. Lots of supplies, like towels and kitchen items. The sunrises were beautiful in the back yard.

Beautiful property and close proximity to Kailua and Lanikai Beaches. The property contained all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket at checkin. The online posting provided the wrong address for the property and added to a stressful check in process after a long day of travel. Another disappointment was that we were unable to use the pool as the ducks freely swam and defecated in the pool. Otherwise, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The sunrises viewed from the deck were memorable!

This house was perfect for our one week stay. It’s close to everything, and has all of the amenities one would want! I was a bit hesitant when I saw that the house is on a main neighborhood road, but it wasn’t a problem at all - we didn’t even notice the sounds of cars. The sunrises each morning were breathtaking, and the house always had a great breeze. The hosts were super responsive and allowed us to check in early. We will absolutely be back to this house if we are lucky enough to book it again!

The sunrises and the breeze throughout the day. I could hear the changes in the weather from a quick rain storm to the sun to the warm breeze. You don’t hear the cars much even though it is on a main neighborhood street.
