This is a newly renovated spacious studio with a kitchenette on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. It is a 3 minute drive from world class beaches and surfing. The studio looks out upon the property in to the mountains with coconut and fruit trees. There is a queen size memory foam bed and a futon bed if there are guests traveling together that don't want to share a bed or guests with children. Parking is safe and on the property. It is a downstairs studio and my husband and I with our new baby live upstairs. The studio has its own entrance is not accessible from our home.
This downstairs studio sits on a large lot looking out upon the jungle and mountains. The property is gated and very safe. There are 2 other homes on the large 1 acre lot. You will get a gate clicker when you check in. There are brand new floors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, new bed, new bathroom vanity and new furniture. There is 1 memory foam queen bed and 1 full size futon bed. It is only a 3 minute drive from the best surf and beaches on Oahu. It is away from the business of the beach traffic, but only a short drive to the best surfing on the planet.
The studio has a microwave, a hot plate, a coffee maker, blender and full cooking and dish set. There is also a large flat screen TV with an Apple TV signed into our Netflix account. There is no basic cable for it. The bathroom is updated with a brand new vanity and new fixtures throughout. If there is anything else you need while staying with us, please let us know.
There are short and long boards to rent if you need and free snorkel gear. On the property we have 2 cats that roam around and many domestic egg laying chickens in a coop in the back of the property. There are fruit trees in the backyard that the studio looks out upon.
There are 2 entrances into the studio and outside of the main entrance is a washer and dryer you have access to. We are responsible adults in our 30's and 40's but also like to have fun. On the weekends we have friends over occasionally for dinner parties and sometimes we dirtbike out the back of the property into the open mountain. We both work full time and have a baby and most of the time have limited if no interaction with guests.
This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied....

Location was exactly what it was described as. Beautiful and cozy studio. We felt very safe on this property. Had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Loved our time here and hope to return!

This room was very clean and comfy, owner communicated promptly, and ideal location. More removed from southern hawaii, where all the tourists are, but I like that better. You will need to rent a car for her though. But plenty of empty or almost empty beaches, old town nearby, snorkeling, and good food trucks. I recommend sharks cove to snorkel and it’s right by the house. Overall 5/5. Thank you!

My husband and I spent 3 days here and it was perfection. So peaceful, I loved waking up to the sound of birds and the trade winds felt wonderful in the evening. I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to avoid a crowded part of the island. Close to beaches and grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again!

An unbelievable place to stay. We loved walking through the gardens, exploring a jungle path, comfortable and clean accommodations and lovely hosts! The location was perfect, accessible to everything. Best experience ever.

Very clean and quiet, a peaceful place to have a break from all the nearby activities. We spent 6 days here, enjoyed the cool of the room, chased the shade around the yard, counted and named chickens and lizards. The description provided by the owner is accurate.

This property was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay as we explored the North Shore. The online description was incredibly accurate, the check in process was very easy and the location was central for all things North Shore. The studio was VERY clean and the beach towels available for free were a great perk! There is a great patio/lanai that we sat out and drank wine on - the place was extremely quiet except for the occasional sound from a bird or chicken (which we loved!) and had an amazing view of the stars on clear nights. We had a couple of questions that we texted to the host and they were responsive within minutes. There is a grocery store at the base of the hill which was very convenient to pick up items on the way and a food truck park with affordable food options less than 5 minutes away by car. Would definitely return/recommend as a place to stay on North Shore!

Loved this little studio in Pupukea. This place was exactly what we needed for our North Shore trip (family of4). Beach time/fishing all day and come back to the studio to relax from our outing. The kids enjoyed feeding the chickens and we enjoyed our wine sitting on the porch each evening. Beautiful, clean place to enjoy the North Shore and would definitely come back again.

Great location. Just up the road from the grocery store and the infamous Sunrise Shack. Beautiful beaches for snorkeling and surfing. The owners were very kind and easy to chat with. They gave us suggestions on places to go. The house had everything we needed. 🤙🏻
