Hale Momo is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, air-conditioned private home located just one block away from world-famous Poipu and Brennecke's beaches. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street in sunny Poipu, you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. You can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment while being just steps from surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing, picnic areas, restaurants, and shopping.
Hale Momo was featured on the popular TV show "House Hunters" on HGTV in September 2013!
The home features a spacious living room, 3 wraparound lanais, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a games room (including foosball and ping pong). There are two TVs and free internet WiFi. One of the 4 bedrooms functions as a second master suite and can be locked off as a private studio if desired and has its own private entrance (it also connects internally to the rest of the house).
Outside you will enjoy the large lovely, private lawn with plenty of space to play and relax. There is a large fire pit, propane BBQ, 2 large mango trees (take all you want during mango season!), an outdoor shower, and an 8-hole mini-putt course. The yard is very large and there is lots of room for playing games or having a large group gathering (up to 25 people). In 2017, we added a whole new outdoor living area under the house on the ground floor (the main part of the house is raised up on pillars so this area is completely protected under a roof). It has its own large dining area (best place in the house for having meals as a group!), separate lounging areas, and a hot tub, and in the adjacent yard, there is a beautiful new fire pit with seating around it. This new area is absolutely stunning and is everybody's favorite part of the house!
There is beach equipment included (chairs, umbrellas, mats, cooler, beach toys) as well as many baby items (Pak-n-Play playpen for baby (can be used for sleeping), high chair, booster seat, baby bath, umbrella strollers, and baby gates for the stairs). Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and dishwasher and laundry soaps are all included.
Elite membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is included with your reservation. The club is newly-renovated and is located 0.5 miles from Hale Momo (10 minutes walk/3 minute drive). Features include an 82,000-gallon resort-style swimming pool with waterslide, 1,600-gallon hot tub, sand-bottom children's pool area, fitness machines (treadmills, ellipticals, ATM machines,...

Great property and location. Only issue we had was the kitchen had not even basic pantry items. There was tiny salt and pepper, tiny sugar, coffee enough for only two days, no oil etc. These are cheap but very essential basic items lack of which causes too much annoyance. Also, just adding a couple of plank shelves in the closets would make them very useful. Loved the flow of the house.

It was a 2 storY home, with the main home on the top floor and a garage and play area under the home. The underneath play area and large back yard where terrific We enjoyed a Hugh fire pit, played corn hole and ate most of our meals in the space. The distance to the beach was about 200 yards and we alll j had a great time in the clear ocean waters. There was a clubhouse with a pool, a work out room, tennis courts and a great bar. We walked every where, we had one car and only used it for graceries and our golf clubs. Great family home.

We were 6 adults and 4 children aged 3-10. This was an excellent place for us. There was good community and private space within the property. It was an easy walk to the beach and well located for services. The kids loved playing in the grassy yard and with the fusball and ping pong tables in the downstairs rec room. The hot tub, internet and air conditioning all worked well. Beds were comfortable and they had a crib and portacrib available. The nearby beach had life guards and snorkle gear was easy to rent nearby.
