A great space for families to spread out and enjoy a relaxing getaway in a gated, secure community near the beach and near the Turtle Bay Hotel & Resort. Here are some great features of the Beachy, Breezy Family Bungalow:

- A comfortable king memory-foam bed in the downstairs master bedroom.
- The upstairs loft bedroom includes 1 queen size memory-foam bed, 1 comfortable double bed and an adjoining bathroom.
- A/C in both bedrooms and in the Great Room.
- The Great Room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa bed, complete with A/C and blackout curtains.
- The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs, along with a Keurig coffee maker.
- Lanai is furnished for relaxation with a chaise lounger and table, and also pool and beach toys and beach chairs. Excellent view of the sunrise, golf course and Ko'olau mountain range.
- Cable TV's in both bedrooms and in the Great Room - a smart TV with cable, and WiFi included of course.
- This space is set up with your family in mind - Graco pack n play with 3-inch memory foam mattress, baby gate for stairs, toys and pool toys and kettle for boiling water are all available if needed.

The condo contains a stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles - please request an additional parking pass if needed).

The property was just as pictured. Perfect location for the north shore. They had lots of beach items that we used daily—boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling items, towels, and even a couple a pairs of water shoes. Quick 10-15 minute drive to the PPC and grocery store. Close to so many beaches. We went into Honolulu to see Pearl Harbor and Waikiki beach one day. We are so glad that we choose to stay on the north shore! Much more relaxed feel from the businesses and congestion around Honolulu. We absolutely loved our trip! It was a dream come true!

We like to stay in the Turtle Bay resort area when visiting the North Shore. It is kept up well and we’ve always had great experiences here! This condo was as described with a very responsive host. We would definitely book here again!

Very nice unit , clean and well decorated. Lots of outdoor gear and towels. Unit could use more glasses and dishware as there were 7 of us. Never used the ac as the breeze with the doors opened but screened kept us cool. Very nice bathrooms. Better living room chairs would have been more comfortable.

Upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings—easy access through the coded entry door. This unit was sufficient for our needs but has only the most basic supplies in the kitchen so I wouldn’t plan to use it for more than eggs, toast, cereal and some frozen or microwave meals. Slept all 7 in our group in beds. The sleeper sofa is actually pretty comfy which is rare. There’s 3 small old beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, pool noodles, 2 sets of basic snorkel equipment, beach towels and a nice beach umbrella for use during your stay. They provided bathroom soaps, shampoos and conditioner plus laundry soap. Washer & dryer work well. The upstairs bathroom is really only for kids. The ceiling is very sloped so anyone over 5 feet tall cannot stand up at all and even less in the tub with a sprayer hose on a hook. It was nice to have an extra toilet but our very tall 15 and older family all had to shower in just the one bathroom downstairs. 3 A/C units throughout cool the place down quickly upon your arrival. Pool is close and clean with BBQ ‘s to use. Kitchen table is only meant for 4–the desk chair can be added and 2 more can sit at the balcony table. Just one 3 foot bar to hang anything is located in bedroom downstairs. There’s only one sofa and one other chair so lounging to watch a movie at night after long days out were hard for our group. We made it work. The beach is a 5 minute walk away but better beaches with fewer rocky areas are very close by. Grocery stores are 10 min away in either direction but know there are very few restaurants super close up here.
