Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Great location for the north shore but the unit needs some tlc. While they left a note that they had sprayed for bugs the day we arrived, we had several dead and alive in the unit. Rugs were moldy and did not fit the rooms. Could not walk barefoot in the floor as your feet would turn black. Cupboards in the bathroom did not close internet was not available and did not work the first day. Had to call several times to get check in procedures., etc, etc. For the rate we paid, the expectation was much higher.

Wonderful time; condo was perfect for our needs. The upstairs bathroom was near non-functional, however, so we used the downstairs bathroom.

Great location. Just a few steps from the golf shop and restaurant. Neighbors were quiet and friendly.
