Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

We have been coming to The North Shore for many years; this was a first for a condo rental experience and I have to say it exceeded my accommodation expectations! Three adults stayed very comfortably in the one bedroom & loft with the two double beds. Only one bathroom was a challenge but we made it work. The condo was very clean; sprayed frequently to control the pests that are a natural part of a tropical environment; we did not see any. The location was spectacular but a rental car was an added bonus for the frequent trips into Haleiwa which has so much to offer for island shopping and tremendous food variety. Our favourite eat spot is Lei Leis which is just footsteps from the condo and offers great food and service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.The reservation company was great to deal with; check in and out were both effortless. It was a great week and we will certainly book again!

Great location for the north shore but the unit needs some tlc. While they left a note that they had sprayed for bugs the day we arrived, we had several dead and alive in the unit. Rugs were moldy and did not fit the rooms. Could not walk barefoot in the floor as your feet would turn black. Cupboards in the bathroom did not close internet was not available and did not work the first day. Had to call several times to get check in procedures., etc, etc. For the rate we paid, the expectation was much higher.
