Both the Pool Decking and Surrounding walkways will be redone with new coating and color.
The project will be done in two sections:
First, the pool and the walkway leading up to the pool in front of Unit 101
This section should take approximately 1 month to complete.
Second, the bar-b-que area and walkway from the gate to the bar-b-que area.
This section should take approximately three weeks to complete.
The start date of the project is July 10th with competition set for September 1st, this completion date is subject to change depending on weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the work.

Excellent property location to get around Beautiful view and quiet beaches. Centrally located with beautiful sunsets! Just be aware that there is an event center next to the property with loud live music. Not a problem for us but may be for those who want more quiet at night. It did end by 10pm

The property is perfect location. The owners need to spray for cockroaches. We had to purchase a Bath mat so we wouldn’t fall in the bathtub. Scatter rugs are dangerous without rubber backings. Should have information on how tv operates without having to call manager. Not happy to pay $500 booking fee for basically doing nothing. Destination Maui did the work. We have stayed in this complex before and this room was very disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. The mattress is old but they put a memory foam mattress pad on top. The small kitchen has newer appliances. All windows have vents open to the outside so you can hear the ocean but you can also hear everything or everyone outside. It does not have a washer and dryer in the unit and we struggled to find quarters for the machines they have in the building. The second shower didn’t work to well. There is an ocean view if you sit on balcony but the view from the family room is a parking lot.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The location of the condo in Kihei was perfect for exploring the island. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony and close to the water. We fell asleep and woke to the sounds of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. Thank you.
