NOTICE: Beginning July 25 - December 14, 2023 a roof replacement project will start on the other side of property. There my be some audible noise related to the work M-F from 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Guests considering a stay during this month that are planning on spending their time sightseeing or spending days at the beach will still enjoy the property, its convenient location, and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the lanai. No work will take place on weekends, so if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway, this condo may suit your travel plans.

GOLF COURSE: Please note that the golf course adjacent to the condo undergoes daily inspection prior to opening at 6:30 a.m. and maintenance work may be performed. More expansive maintenence is done Wednesday mornings. Most guests do not feel this impedes their enjoyment of the condo, but we mention it so guests know what to expect....

We really enjoyed our stay in Wailea Grand Champions 90. The condo was in excellent condition, everything worked, switches were labeled for ease of use, and the check in and check out processes were painless. The deck has a great view of the ocean and Hole #2 on the Wailea Blue Course, it was great to sit out there mornings and evenings. Not a single complaint, it was a fantastic property.
