    Upon arrival to the unit we found several issues that we attempted to contact the owner about. We were unable to use the lanai or even open the sliding door to take advantage of the sea air and breeze due to construction on the building’s lanai. We were never notified of this. The unit had several areas in disrepair, with broken tile and trim in places, furniture with evident stains on them, an inadequate supply of dinner utensils and buckling walls in the living room. We attempted to contact Mr Tran through this app but never received a response. Customer service is thereby rated as “ZERO”. Based on the above issues we feel we were grossly overcharged for our stay.

    We had a wonderful time staying at Don’s condo. The location is perfect, check in and check out was super easy, and the condo was beautiful and comfortable. We will be back for sure!

    The unit is located facing a canal of some sorts and is subsequently in a wind tunnel. So every afternoon/evening as winds picked up, the entire glass slider shook and rattled for hours as winds blew thru. Can hear and feel all the movement of house cleaners and guests in unit above. There’s mold on shower curtain, wall plaster is cracking and looks like the wall is going to cave in at any time in living room, broken tiles on kitchen floor. You have to pay daily for parking and out daily for gym use. Unit had enough towels but only 3 wash clothes for 2 people over 5 days, and front desk housekeeping cannot replace or give more since it’s a private owned condo. Will not stay here again.

    We had a great stay in the condo! The location was absolutely perfect, place looked just like the pictures, and it was so helpful to have beach chairs available. We also enjoyed the pools and garden at the resort. Would book again!

    Overall we had a really nice visit. We had a few mishaps in the room, the main one was the closet door is broken and not easy to access. By the end of our stay in was completely off the hinges. We found a coakroach type beetle on the floor, no check out procedure list to work off, the check in process mentioned access to a gym pass and parking pass, but we found neither. I sent an email about the closet door to mgmt. but did not hear back.
