2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Villa located just a short drive or walk from the historic Kailua-Kona, aka Historic Kailua Village.
The unit sleeps 6 with a King in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full kitchen and a washer / dryer in the unit.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, WiFi and central HVAC and a Fitness Center.
You can walk to the beach and other areas but we do recommend a car. Uber is available on the island as well.

We couldn’t be happier with the selection of this beautiful property. It was centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and shops . We had a wonderful Aloha experience .

We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. The grounds are beautiful, lots of birds and plant life. We had a 2nd story room which was great. Part way through our trip some noisy neighbors moved in below us so I would recommend if you have a group to reserve both floors of the units if you need two.
The two pools were usually empty and the bbq facilities were very nice. My only wish is that they had some plastic plates to use for the poolside bbq. You definitely need a vehicle nothing really within walking distance.

We loved this property. Great location, walking distance to everything in Kona, great pool, nice rooms, and a big lanai for eating meals or relaxing.

We have stayed at this property many times. This time condo was not as clean as usual but overall, still a great vacation.

Condo has two bedrooms and baths. One room is slightly larger with a jacuzzi tub and a door to the patio. There was a laundry unit in the second bathroom. Kitchen has basic cookware. You need to buy your own coffee, olive oil, baggies, etc. nothing is ever left from previous guests. Location is okay. Close to a small beach ( rocky can’t swim easily at that beach). Beach towels and a small cooler were provided. You’ll need a car to get around. Community pool and jacuzzi where nice and not very crowded. Open 8am-10pm. Check out is 10am.
