Was a nice place to stay for five. About two blocks off the beach with amazing view of Diamond Head and the Ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved this place. So close to beach in Waikiki. Very clean!! Rooftop pool was also nice for the kids. Mini-mart and coffee/bakery in condo complex very convienient. Definitely recommend

This property is situated in an ideal location a couple blocks away from the beach. Restaurants, local markets all very close. Updated kitchen, spacious living room and a great view made for a great stay. Would recommend!

I rented this for my birthday week and it was perfect. My wife had never been to Hawaii so I needed this to be special. This definitely checked that box. Updated condo with perfect views. Waking up here was something I could get used to. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Cleanliness, fantastic! well stocked with all the necessities. (Minus food obviously) Location of property was perfect for what we needed! Close and walking distance to all the best shops!!
We have kids ages 3-12 so did a lot of site seeing and attractions all over the island. Easy access to the major highways! Food, shops everything is within walking! & This unit came with a parking pass! Which is a bonus bc finding parking in Waikiki SUCKSSSSS! Communication was easy. Check in & check out extremely easy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We have a small family of six two adults for kids and slept comfortably . Only 4 adults would fit comfortably IMO . There's 3 queens. 2 in the room and 1 pullout. The only downside was if/when we needed extra towels, blankets trash bags etc for the room, we needed to contact somebody during business hours because. We were traveling and touring from 7:00 a.m. in the morning until 8:00 p.m. at night so it was hard to catch them during business hours because we were busy sightseeing etc where there was little to no reception depending on the day. But that didn't have anything to do with the staff! Just coordinating our personal schedules and keeping in mind there's no daily housekeeping & that this particular unit is run by a separate 3rd party company Koko Resorts! NOT the Banyan staff. All communication must me done through Koko! They were excellent to work with! We would totally book here again!

The view is even more beautiful in person than what the pictures show. The condo was clean. Had problems figuring out the TV but management was very prompt and came to our room to help us out. It was nice to be so close to the beach and all the stores. The couch wasn’t all that comfortable but overall the condo was exactly as it shows in the pictures. Our family would like to rent this condo again for our future trips!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient to the beach and shopping. The view from the balcony was great! Having free parking on the property is extremely convenient and appreciated.
We did not use any of the beach chairs or boogie boards that were available. I did notice that one of the beach chairs and boogie boards were unusable - chair looked broken and boogie board was broken in half. Since we did not use them, it did not detract from our experience at the property.
Overall, a great experience, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable and convenient.
