Your unit is tastefully decorated with newer appliances an upgraded fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry so you will feel right at home in your vacation home. Enjoy relaxing on your large Lanai (balcony) in the morning or at night. Don't forget whale watching during whale season. Due to the location, the beach is rarely crowded so there is lots of room for you to spread out and enjoy the waves of the Pacific.
Enjoy a poolside hot tub just steps from the ocean. Barbeque facilities and putting greens also on site. Want a quick night cocktail or dinner? The on-site boutique restaurant is a great place to relax after a day soaking up rays. On-site activity desk is ready to schedule your every desire while on your trip. Although Luau's are recommended to be booked prior to travel.
Nearby the Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 4 mile drive. This Kihei location is also close to all Kihei, Wailea and Makena have to offer. One of the few beachfront condos in South Maui.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

I’ve been visiting sugar beach since I was a toddler and this trip was no different! I love this place. This was the nicest unit we’d ever stayed in. We’ll be back!

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at the property. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The view from the large lanai is breathtaking. We could have spent our entire stay out there. The inside of the condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to book this unit again on our next visit to Maui,
