Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
No Elevators: Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 4th floor.
No Parking: Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.

The property itself was in a great location! Easy access to the beach, shopping, hikes, and great food. The alley it’s located on has several awesome food trucks (highly recommend the Munchbox!) but the room itself was a little disappointing. Pictures are old and outdated, the walls need paint, the floors are totally trashed, light fixtures are not attached to the wall, one of the fans doesn’t work and the light is broken. The dresser next to the bed is missing it’s doors. By no means did it affect our vacation any, but it certainly wasn’t what we were expecting.

Great location, 2 blocks from the beach, close to many bus stops, and surrounded by food options. You get a glimpse of Diamond Head from the balcony. The apartment itself was in a 4th floor so we got some exercise done every time because there are no elevators. At first I thought the window unit AC was not going to cut it but it was actually more than enough. W/D were reasonably priced and in good state. The "professionally cleaned" needs to pay more attention to dust in the closet door, otherwise everything else was fine. Kitchen with enough plates, although I would recommend to add oil to the salt and pepper as it is necessary for cooking.

My husband and 2 year old daughter stayed in this room for 2 weeks. It is in a great location, just a few "steps" away from the zoo, starbucks and the beach. Having a laundry in the building was great. The three short flights of stairs were no problem.

The room on 4th for was spotlessly clean, comfy, and had updated kitchen n bath. Only 3 flights of stairs. Easy access for healthy 68 yr old me. Closet was huge. Queen bed was very comfy. Quiet nights too..a block and 1/2 from main busy strip. BEST part was big sliding door on Diamondhead side let in cooling breezes at night. Loved it. Always felt safe.

I very much disliked my stay. It was very noisy at night with food trucks on the street. Everyday there were drug addicts sitting on there property watching who comes in and out smoking away and gathered there for hours. At night I love my window open to smell fresh air but instead got people talking and lots of smoking. I’m not in great shape but not in bad either. Walking 3 flights of steps 4cs a day was way too much from me that it left my body sore.. the place itself was ok, did not have much natural lite and only had the bedroom door/window facing a wall. Place felt small for two adults and a child.
