Enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo with your friends and family. This Condo is approximately 1,000 Sq. /ft. and sleeps up to 6 guests. Our Condo is equipped with a full size kitchen, Wine Refrigerator and all the needs for a relaxing vacation in Maui. Our goal is to help you experience the best of Maui with the comforts you’ll expect for a vacation paradise.

The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, upscale appliances, cookware and utensils, and all the equipment you'll need for BBQ and entertaining. The indoor table seats 4 and the lanai table seats 4. Enjoy our air-conditioned Condo in the living room and celling fan throughout the Condo. This condo is equipped with flat screens in all bedrooms and a large screen in the living room there is a King Bed in the master bedroom which includes the on-suite bathroom, a Queen Size bed is located in the second bedroom and the living room has a convertible sofa that converts to a Queen Size bed. This condo is well-suited for that romantic get-away or that vacation with Family and friends, there are Hardwood floors with area rugs throughout the condo.
Parking is close to the Condo so walking a great distance to get to your condo is a thing of the past and there is also convenient elevator access just steps away from the condo.
On the beach you can snorkel, swim with the turtles, boogie board, body surf or stroll the beach right in front of the condo. The shaded grassy areas, fresh water showers, barbecues, and picnic tables makes this easy beach access part of a relaxed vacation. After a day at the beach, enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool, and get ready for a poolside BBQ dinner. All supplies for BBQ are provided.
We are located in the southern Maui in the tranquil are of Maalaea which is in walking distance to the Maui Ocean Center and the Maalaea Marina where you can walk a relaxing stroll through the harbor, jump on a Snorkel boat, Scuba diving, Whale watching, do some sport fishing or just have a bite to eat at the Marina. Our Condo is on a quiet street so there is no road noise to hamper your time to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful location!!! Close to the beach and the condo had everything we needed. Loved we could grill and the beach wasn’t far away to go snorkeling or swimming. Only thing the first bedroom need an air conditioner because it gets very hot. Otherwise the host was great with every question we had and also let us check in early since our flight was early in the morning.

Disappointed. Pictures of the condo are not recent and do not reflect the current condition of the home. Very outdated and could use a deep clean. You must walk to a different complex to have access to the beach. The neighborhood is slightly sketchy at night with some homeless camps, which was really sad. I was charged extra after I had booked my stay because the owner had to switch cleaning companies, I feel that shouldn't be my responsibility. Definitely not worth what I paid.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. All of the light fixtures had layers of dust and there was an infestation of tiny bugs in the bathroom. The listing indicated beach access right from the property but you actually had to go down to the neighboring Park to access the beach.

AVOID RENTING FROM THIS OWNER. This was the fifteenth (15th) time we have stayed at Kanaʻi A Nalu condos and we have never experienced such an uncaring response from an owner. On the second day we attempted to use the dishwasher and found it not working. Contacted the owner and Steven’s response was “Aloha Gregory, the yellow LED indicated that the dishwasher was not set correctly. It has lots of buttons but you only need to set 2 of them. Please try again”. Nice response since he already knew it didn’t work. Checking the reviews for this unit I found that he was aware of the non-functional dishwasher for over 2½ months and chose to do nothing about it as evidenced by Don B. Jan 2023 review. Our stay was from 3/16 to 3/31/23. The dishwasher was replaced the evening of March 30th. According to the installer he was first contacted on March 23 and final arrangement were completed on March 29th. We sent a final note to Steven asking for financial reimbursement for the inconvenience of having to hand wash all of our dishes during our stay and accommodate the installers schedule. His response was “You need to understand the availability of appliances and services on the island." When I received this response, I checked with the local Lowe’s store and found 5 identical dishwashers in stock at $399.00 and available for pick up in 3 hours. The grounds are very well maintained. There is nothing special about this unit. If you want to stay at Kanaʻi A Nalu rent another unit.

The property was very nice. My problem was a non-functional dishwasher. Three days into a month long stay I contacted the owner to inform him the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes. I was very surprised when he told me that he was aware of the problem and suggested I remove one rack when washing, which didn’t make any difference. He mentioned that he planned to address the problem later this year when he was on the island. What a response! No apology no advance warning before arrival. I can only wonder how many more guests will end up washing their dishes by hand this year before the problem is taken care of. I paid thousands to stay there for 29 nights, I feel a working dishwasher was not to much to ask for. I would either fix/replace the dishwasher immediately or remove its listing in the amenities of the unit.

Amazing views of whales rightbfrom the lanai and from the beacch at the neighboring park. Walking distance to whale and snorkel excursions at the harbor. Weather in January w asra iny but the stay was great.

Our family stayed for 5 nights. It has a pool, elevator and beautiful grounds and the pictures of the exterior are accurately depicted in the listing. It was quaint had 2 full washrooms which was ideal for me and my husband as well as our adult son and his girlfriend. It was very clean and nicely furnished. If you plan on cooking at the condo, I recommend going to the condo and check out what's available in the kitchen first. Kahului isn't too terribly far where there is Costco, Walmart, Safeway, Wholefoods etc. Not complaints, just FYI's... We did end up buying some items like laundry detergent, some spices condiments, and plastic wrap. There was salt and pepper, cooking spray already. In the medicine cabinets of the bathrooms were shampoo and stuff left by others, we used them as it saved money. Please note I cooked bacon in the oven, but everytime I opened the oven, the heat caused the smoke detector to go off. I was concerned about disrupting others, I hope it didn't! There is a toaster oven which was great, but no toaster so a bit of a learning curve to toast bread in it. The bread turned out hard as a rock. Lol. The couch in the current photos has been changed and it's a long sectional type couch and quite comfortable. The livingroom, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and move the air very well. We could have used the A/C, but were comfortable without it. We would often open the patio door and the main door and often created a nice flow through the condo. Both bedrooms had some beach towels to go swimming in the pool. Please note also, this condo is one of many down a quiet road that ends at a small beach, but it is along a flight path. It did not bother us, as we live a block away from our city's main train tracks so it's like white noise to us. We really liked the Condo and the overall location and happy that we were fortunate to be able to rent it.... Especially this time of year, it was great to sit out on the lanai and see whales breaching, which is nothing short of spectacular! We didnt have a direct view of the sunset from our lanai, but the clouds turned pretty pinks, purples, and oranges which was great for photos. We did leave some items in the refrigerator and freezer. Some were unused, and some were used. I thought someone could use them. I apologize to the owners if we shouldn't have. Thank you!
