This unique first floor private corner location has ocean views from the lanai. Relax on the lanai listening to soothing Koi pond fountains while surrounded by an abundance of red ginger, ferns, palm trees and tropical flowers for privacy. The sea life in the tide pools and offshore reef at Papakea are fantastic if you like to snorkel or dive. The whales are in the channel and there are lots of available beach chairs to relax on the grass and watch the sea, turtles or the sunset. Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian Style low rise resort situated right on the oceanfront on 12 acres and a short walking distance to 3 mile long N. Ka'anapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained. Every evening at the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property. This turnkey condo is fully equipped with beautiful furniture. The kitchen has granite counter tops, recessed lighting and a double sink for you to enjoy a cooked meal. The bathroom has a beautiful glass door enclosed tiled shower. The condo has a new split AC and a washer/dryer. The resort features 2 hot tubs, 2 pools, and 2 outdoor covered cabanas. The amenities include 2 ocean side swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 putting greens, 24 hour front desk service, shuffleboards, poolside BBQ grills and ample parking. Papakea is situated within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and an outdoor local Farmers Market.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

The Resort will collect a $17 per day Facilities Use Fee which will be payable to the front desk upon check-in. Facility Fee includes usage of: Pools, Cabana's, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts, Putting Greens Including Equipment Rental, Wireless Internet, & Free local calls. Long distance calls require credit card. 10 day/$170 maximum per calendar month.

The condo was clean and well appointed and gives a wonderful first impression. The bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. The tvs were not working as most of the batteries were missing. This was immediately addressed the next day, but was annoying for the first night. The washing machine needs to be repaired as it is extremely loud. The fan in the bedroom makes a high pitch scream.... my husband looked outside to see if there was an alarm going off outside. And not sure if the bathroom fan was working at all.
The Resort is beautiful, but the location of the unit is in a busy area with people walking past and always looking in the window. The lanai had not been swept, nor had the patio table been wiped clean... we did this ourselves. We booked this condo to relax by ourselves after spending 12 nights with friends in the A building. It was disappointing that there were a few things going on in the unit. But it was very comfortable for at least one of the nights.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed all of the amenities in addition to the access to the beach. Will definitely be back to stay again!

This is a beautiful property. We loved our stay. The place is clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was so nice to have laundry right in our suite. The host was generous enough to leave a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods. I wish they left a bit more shampoo and bodywash. The resort is beautiful. Very well maintained. There is a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts. To get to the swimmable beach, we drove about a quarter mile but always found parking. They provided a couple beach chairs and a beach mat. We loved sitting on the patio and having our meals.

My husband and I have been coming to the Papakea for 6 years and this was our first trip with our two kids. It was nothing short of amazing!! The condo was perfect for us. The kids slept on the pull out bed and loved being on the ground floor so they could run out and play golf and catch geckos. One of the most important things for me when booking a long trip is how comfy the bed and pillows are. This one was so perfect!! We can’t wait to return to G101!! 🌺
