Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Papakea many times but this is the first time that we stayed right on the beach. It was great, were just feet from the ocean, beautiful view, particularly of the sunset. Papakea is a great location and works well for kids. The unit is nice inside, we have stayed in some that are dated/worn but L106 was not that way. Tons of towels, and table and chairs on the lanai, sat out there for hours. We had contact from management group, but we had no issues so never needed to have their involvement once we were there.

We had a fantastic week at this condo! We did have a leak in the guest bathroom it the management company was on top of it and very helpful. We loved the views and the stay. It was quite and peaceful! We were lucky to see turtles and a seal right outside the condo! The condo was stocked with sand toys and chairs! It is also close to many eateries and stores! Can’t wait to book again!!

Location of.the unit is second to none. Front row evening sunsets from the Lanai. Steps away from the beach and great grassy area right outside the sliding door for sunbathing. Beautiful views of Molakai. Walking distance to food trucks and local eateries. Short drive to Front street shopping areas. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Unit was clean, linens/towels smelled freshly laundered. Top notch appliances and everything you need a day at rhe beach in storage. Resort pool.and jacuzzi roomy and well maintained. Would love to definitely return to this same unit.

Property was not clean. Sheets on Murphy bed hadn’t been changed and actually had a urine stain. Entire unit appeared to be clean on surface but was actually very dirty. I have pictures. Master bed was comfy. Won’t stay again.

Beds were comfortable and just overall everything was awesome. I loved this property so much I’m already planning our next Maui vacation! The grounds keep does an amazing job and the amenities near by you just can’t beat. This was our first time to Lahaina and now I can see why people go there.

They upgraded their furniture and several other items in the condo which was great. We have young kids so the lawn space outside of the patio is AWESOME. No worrying about kids on a balcony.
