Wyndham Bali Hai Villas is located in Princeville, HI on the North Shore of Kauai. Kauai is known as the Garden Island and the North Shore is the least crowded and most scenic. It's located just a few minutes drive from some of the islands best beaches. The resort has two large onsite pools, recently renovated BBQ areas, 3 hot tubs, a club house with a ping pong table, tennis courts, and many other onsite features and activities.

Princeville Shopping center and Foodland grocery store are located a quick 6 minute drive from the resort. Many of the most popular restaurants are located a short 4 mile drive along the scenic Kuhio Highway in the heart of Hanalei.

Units are furnished with everything you need for your stay including linens, in room washer and dryers with detergent, washing machines with detergent and soap to do dishes, and other amenities such as Kona Coffee, popcorn, and lemonade packets. If you run out of anything the onsite staff will happily replenish what you need. Large TVs and Blu-ray players are setup each unit and a selection of DVDs and Blu-rays are available to borrow from the front lobby.

Please note, every listing on VRBO claiming to be at Wyndham Bali Hai Villas will have the same amenities as other listings. If you see a listing that costs more, all you're doing is spending more for the same thing, unless it's for a specific room type other than a 2 bed/2 bath. All interactions with guests at the resort are handled by the front desk reception so everyone's experiences are the same.

The guest who's name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years old and be present at time of check-in.

My listing is not managed by a 3rd party rental agency so I do not charge additional fees. I do not charge a cleaning fee. I do not pass any of the fees I pay for listing on to you. Through me the only costs you will pay are the nightly rates, required taxes, and a service fee the booking site adds which is beyond my control (this fee can fluctuate throughout the year). On-site parking is free.

The property had everything my family needed including beach equipment rentals. We would stay here again.

Housekeeping was understaffed so original room was not available at promised checkin time of 4pm. Complained to manager and was given different room to checkin at 7pm and given AC. Villa was spacious, no bathtubs, wake up calls by roosters which are all over the island. Convenient to north shore activities. Walking distance to golf course.

Absolutely, the perfect location to enjoy and explore the north shore of Kauai. To the avid explorer this property will give you an excellent accommodation, clean, spacious and with full amenities to recharge after a long day at the beach or hiking the trails of Kauai’s North Shore. Certainly I need to recognizing the owner ability to make the the process very simple and reassuring that no glitches will happen regarding the scheduling of property. Will definitely rent from Mr. Talarico again. Mahalo!

This place was awesome! Every thing you need is just steps away and the unit was clean, and the beds were super comfortable! Will defiantly book again.

We had an amazing time! We paid the $20 per day for the AC and it was SO worth it in the summer heat. The hotel staff were very fast at bringing us whatever we needed: towels, laundry soap, etc. Thank you again!

Grant and everyone we dealt with at Bali Hai, from booking to check out were very friendly and helpful. The Bali Hai concierge was very friendly and helpful!! Sorry could not recall her name. The property was quiet and very clean, with nice pools. Though AC is available at a daily charge, we did not need it with the upper corner unit Grant secured for us. The swivel/pedastal fan did the trick and even got us a chill at night. The unit 1120 was clean and comfortable, save for a couch cushion that was out of whack. No biggie. Pretty much anywhere we wanted to go was easily accessible. Ongoing access issues to Hanalei were minor inconvenience for us, as the enjoyment we got from going to the bay and Tunnels Beach far outweighed the inconvenience that Mother Nature caused. Thanks Bali Hai and thanks Grant!

No complaints other then the people staying in the villa next to us kept smoking on their lanai. I don’t care if people smoke but there is no air conditioning (which you don’t need) so all of your windows are open to catch the amazing breeze but all you can smell in your bedroom is smoke! There are signs all over, very rude and inconsiderate if you ask me. The front desk was very attentive when they were called though and it did not ruin our experience. It’s a very nice resort and having your own kitchen was so worth it.

To sum it up construction was going on and the main pool I was hoping to relax in was closed. The noise level was higher as construction was going on in areas close by my unit. Noise carries and it was not as I expected. To spend my vacation time.
