Perfect condo for what I was looking for. Spent 2 months here, and other than a few one day car rentals to see other parts of the island, everything was walkable. Waikiki beach was a 5 minute walk-Target and Safeway where I bought most of what I needed were both 1 mile away. Even though Covid had shut down a lot of restaurants, there were easily enough restaurants to pick a different one every night within a 10 minute walk! Owner had several extra items to use (beach chairs/snorkeling gear, etc) which was nice to have though I didn’t use. Owner was very prompt to get back to me the few times I had a question. Overall very turnkey with no problems!

The owner was a beautiful human. Very nice and affordable. Quick to respond to request and any questions. Had everything needed and more. Towels, beach things ,cooler,large patio, dishes, tools, and cleaning supplies. Also the building has a gym, pool, spa, sauna and laundry. Only one compliant with in his control was the air condition leaks

The property is well-cared for and attractive. Security and AOAO staff were super nice and helpful! Studio was well-equipped and very clean. It has amenities like laundry and sauna. Pool area is clean spacious and attractive. Especially liked the convenience store on the 6th floor! Good value for the money.
