The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Located in Kihei, you are only a short distance to golfing, restaurants, surfing, theaters, groceries, activities and all south Maui has to offer. The Maui Ocean center and all that Maalaea has to offer is just a 6 mile drive. Less than 25 minutes from the airport....

I, my husband, our mothers, and our toddler all had the perfect quick and simple escape to Kihei. We had beach, pool, and a tasty restaurant within steps, and a gorgeous view. Not to mention sea turtles!

Was very surprised that NO ONE was there for check in. We and other people trying to check in found note saying office closed on weekends. We all arrived about 3:30. Tried to go to room since office closed with all our luggage and groceries. Doors remained locked till 4pm check in time. Very frustrating. When we finally got in room, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and fridge with carton of old juice. Ants crawling all over kitchen counter tops. We had to clean it up and spray bug spray before we could put groceries away.
We didn’t realize there was no AC when we booked. After searching and realizing fans only, we were scrambling to open place up and turn on fans. Then we couldn’t get TV in living room to work. There were 6 remotes…not functioning. We didn’t know which to use and written directions didn’t get TV to work with any of them. My son finally paired a remote to TV and got Roku to work.
After a frustrating two days, we fell in love with the place. The breeze was enough to keep us comfortable, the view was great and we loved having private beach with chairs provided by Unit.

Ocean view is amazing. Appreciate the multiple fans available in the unit. Clean place.
Dan was quick to respond to my emails. Very accommodating.
Appreciate the beach chairs, and umbrella that were available.
There were great restaurants nearby.
We are heartbroken for the devastation in Lahaina. This place in Kihei was not affected.
Will continue to pray for Maui.

The view from this property is difficult to top. What else would someone want on vacation besides beautiful blue water quietly lapping against the beach, whales spouting and breaching on the horizon, and an unmatched view of the setting sun?

Great property, Great views, Great Whale Watching, Nice beach area.
Unit not ready at 4:00pm. Toilet broken in one of two bathrooms, (fixed next day). Dirty wash cloth and no extras in unit. Ironing board Broken. Door lock did not always work.
This unit has no Air Conditioning.

Lovely place for a family trip with 5 adults. Especially enjoyed beautiful ocean view from the deck. Saw whales and sea turtles!

Extended family of 7, 3 generations but something for everyone. Condo was spacious with 3 BR 2 bath. Really well equipped compact kitchen. Magnificent sunsets from lanai. Swimming with sea turtles in lagoon. Saw whales breaching! Convenient to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. Our itinerary included boogie boarding at Charley Young park, tasting and dinner at Maui Brewing Co, Maui Marathon, whale watching, surfing, breakfast on beach in Lahaina and some stellar meals BBQ’d at condo. Wished we could have stayed forever! Thanks to condo owner and Dan, our contact. You two are the best!

I applied the A/C filter when looking for a place, so we were shocked to find out there was none. It was too hot for our 2 yr old to nap in the afternoon as the full sun is on the unit at that time
