We originally booked another property but were told it was having issues with the ac. The property manager was quick to find this property as an alternative, all in short notice. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for our needs as we spent very little time in the room. Great view! 2 pools were nice to have only wish was a jacuzzi! Recommend this property as well as the property management company!

Property was everything the pictures showed and was what we were hoping for. Check in was a small problem as I never received the text messages for the door codes after check in time. The office on property was closed and after calling 2 different numbers the correct door codes were sent. Otherwise great place and would stay again.

Great location in Waikiki! Best seat in the house out on the good size lanai for viewing the Friday night firework’s too. So many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The Hilton Village and lagoon right next door was awesome. Renting a car for various days was made easy with the Hertz rental desk right in the Ilikai lobby. The restaurant on the roof was a spot over priced but the food was good and views of the beach from there were really awesome. Our room was well outfitted with kitchen tools and well placed tv etc. If I had to pick a thing to improve it might be just putting in a better knife set to support the kitchen.

The location is very noisy, especially at night, bring ear plugs. Netflix in the condo was very slow and eventually stopped working. Hot water for showers was sporadic, and hardly hot. For the price I expected more, very disappointed.

Location was convenient and 16th floor view nice. Easy contact-less check-in; a code was provided to get into the condo. Had beach chairs which was nice. Odd that the bed only had sheets on it - no comforter as shown in the pictures. No bath mat in bathroom for shower. Ice maker was disconnected when we arrived. Called the after hours number and had to leave a message. Scott never returned our call but when we arrived back from picking up a bag of ice we found someone had dropped off a bag - the lack of communication was frustrating. Remote for A/C unit didn’t work; difficult to get to unit behind furniture to manually turn on/off. A/C unit several floors above leaking and dripping on our balcony. Maintenance arrived two days later (Mon) and fixed ice maker, a/c remote, and leaking a/c unit three units above. A few thoughts if you rent this unit: 1) kitchen doesn’t have any plastic ware; heavy dishes and glassware. Plastic cups would have been nice when sitting on the balcony. 2) bathroom has no soap dish; the sink is ridiculous- a giant bowl that sits on top of the counter. I’m 4’11” and had to stand on my toes to use the sink; my 5’8” husband even had trouble washing his face at the sink. Shower had no place to put the soap and shampoo; I found a plastic bowl in the kitchen but still had to put that on the shower floor for the soap. Would have been nice to have a shower caddie or a small bench for items. Bathroom also has no a/c vent, only an exhaust fan (which is on the same switch as the light); room smells musty if the fan is not running constantly. 3) very little storage for your clothes - no dresser, even though there’s room for one. There are shelves in the closet but they were full of extra (drool-stained!)pillows, the comforter that was not on the bed, extra blankets and multiple decorative pillows. Had to rearrange their items to make room for clothes so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases- especially since there was no luggage rack. 4) if you drink coffee, pack coffee filters as they only provide one coffee pod in the maker. You can buy coffee at the ABC store just down the street. 5) check the table by the elevators - other vacationers will leave things you may be able to use during your vacation (condiments, salt/pepper, microwave popcorn, foil, etc). 6) if you need a rental vehicle, use Turo! Park in the marina garage as they give a discount and it’s cheaper than at the Ilikai Tower.
