Overall we enjoyed this condo. It made our week long stay feel like home. A ton of space and kitchen was well stocked. Does come with coffee/ filter packet for your morning cuppa. Very close to pool with waterslides and parking garage. Waikiki beach was meh, very crowded but calm. Condo was centrally located. It would be nice if Lagoon tower had a store or coffee shop. Would consider staying here again!

Our unit was amazing...top notch. Honestly the only thing that bothered us, and it may seem petty, but for the amount we paid for the week, there should have been better toilet paper. What was provided was Scott brand it everyone knows that is the cheapest most uncomfortable product out there. To pay what we paid the owner or management company or whoever should supply a decent product. Seems really stupid, but it was quite annoying.
All the staff at the Grand Islander were amazing. Very polite and helpful. We were definitly in the best tower on the property.

We loved our time in Honolulu and at the Hilton Grand Islander! The pool was excellent and everything you could possibly need/want just a quick walk away. The rental process was quick and easy considering the last minute request on our part! We have rented thru Concierge Reality 3 times now and every experience has been top notch!

This is our third visit to Hilton Hawaiian! 30 years ago, 15 years ago, and now in 2021. All 3 visits were fabulous. The staff is friendly, the accommodations are clean and beautiful, and there is lots to do!

The property was clean and well kept. It had something for all members of the family. My only complaint is that the elevators were often not available because they were full requiring wait times of over 10 minutes or using the stairs.

The property was generally well maintained and spotlessly clean. Clearer information about where to check in is the only suggestion I could make. All else was just as represented and the whole facility was really nice.
