Condo as described. Make sure you get which tower you are assigned to right at check in that will save you much time as it gets busy. This is a very big but busy village; people from outside the resort use the amenities. The beach is nice but rocky if you want a better beach you can walk a while to get to one. Definitely venture off this area the other beaches on the island are much better. You do not get an umbrella or chairs that is extra. The staff were extremely nice!

We loved our room and we all had a great time at Hilton Hawaiian Village. We watched the luau from the back lobby. It was so nice to have ABC grocery handy as well as all the amenities of the Village. We would definitely stay here again. I would also like to say that Michelle from the rental company was very helpful when initially securing our reservation.

Very nice spacious unit. Only item we wish we had in kitchen was a cheese grater.

Everything was wonderful minus the accuracy of what I thought we were getting for a room. Advertisement pictures showed a Penthouse room, and we were given a standard room. Advertisement of rooms should only be of pictures of the true room to avoid confusion with booking.

So the unit is assigned when you get there and the fine print says the unit may have two twins instead of doubles which ours did and was totally inadequate for my 6’1” son, but we were able to push the beds together as the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. Also was very noisy even 14 stories up with all the windows closed. Lots of noise from the pools and lagoon below along with a very loud random but frequent blaring of the sound one hears is you leave the phone off the hook. The layout of the room differed from the description as the living area was not between the two bedrooms as it was a corner unit and the bedrooms shared a wall instead. We still enjoyed ourselves but were a bit disappointed. Michelle Gill was the best part of the booking as she was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Great location with a beautiful view. Condo was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.
Several shops not open and restaurants hours not accurate; however both due to COVID.
